As several people have already written, M. Mouton is a reference to Michele Mouton. Additionally, on Cheerier Tograc in the rally gravel version there is a French name C. Roissant, which of course refers to the croissant :) On the other hand, in a Hirochi Sunburst in the rally version there is a Spanish name M. Atador, which refers to Matador, the main killing wrestler in Corrida.
Corrections: For number 1 im pretty sure thats the transaxle, not the engine block. And for Number too the Initials are “M. Mouton” who is a french racing driver for the Audi group B program.

Logo is on transmission not engine. And the bag is not hidden, it's in the options of configuration and you can choose one on each side.
