Do you own another guitar ??.
I never see use a different guitar aha.
The only other guitar I own that I'm happy to use for this style of music is a PRS Custom 24, which is lying under my bed in England. I only brought one guitar with me when I moved to Australia as I had no idea how long I would be gone for. It's been 2.5 years so far living out here and I've toured the world and tracked albums solely with my Daemoness. I pretty much rely solely on this guitar which is a bit foolish really, but it's my baby. I do own a Fender Strat too which is hanging on the wall at my parents home in Wales but I haven't played it in years!

The spider scene 😂. I thought I was an arachnophobe in Australia and I literally have no choice but to pick spiders up by hand to the size of 4” or 10cm when it’s 8” or 20cm + I have to get a broom for them to hang on or I’ll just freak out as they jump,run and big abdomen and YIKES!!!!😵😱
This is immensely entertaining. I played it loud at work and annoyed the shit out of my work colleagues who wouldn't know good music if it punched them in the bollocks! Can't fucking wait for the album🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
My wife dislikes spiders - if she sees one dash off under the bed she goes into "kill the little F****r" mode. I calmly smile & shrug - "won't hurt you" says I, "bloody well will if it crawls in my mouth while I'm asleep" she says ;-)

Andy, I have been listening to varisous kinds of music specially rock and all kinds of metal for the last 45 years (I'm 59 years old now) and I find you as one of the most talented musicians of this century. I first listened to your music in Mors principium est. and I was blown away. In fact you were the best thing happened in that band. You regenerated that band and pull it up from the ashes. But after that what happened? Did you leave the band or they left you? You were the perfect team but unfortunately it didn't last long. Please continue creating music because you have so much to give. And one more thing, I subscribe your channel and I hope you continue this channel. Please upload contents more. Thanks so much dude! I appreciate your kind words. Joining MPE and doing what I could to keep the band alive for the best part of 10 years was an honour and a privilege. Sadly for me it didn't work out in the end, but I am happier now focussing on my solo efforts and working with others on projects when I can. I won't go into all the gritty details, I made it clear around the time what had happened and I'm just happy to be moving on with positivity now :) thanks again for watching!

My goodness! Listening to your layers separated like that is always a real treat! I always look forward to your diary videos! By the way, I am just like that with spiders. I once saw a conglomerate of (3)spiders crawling inside my house from my window and I just flew out the house and stayed in my car for a couple hours thinking my house is forfeit. Thanks to that comment you made, I am now going to strain my ears listening for some construction sound samples in the album. I can't wait for the CD to arrive!

I ended up getting a lot of noise from the PC so swapped them for actives instead which eliminated that completely

I know the feeling Andy.. Brilliance.. I will PM you about how to resolve arachnophobia.. It is not funny.. Took me a week to help an actress friend who would shake in fear [if she saw one while driving.. ].. In Australia, yes, more venomous than here in UK.. All spiders are venomous. I used my spiders, crawling all over me.. Just to show her that they are more afraid of us. She has no fear now.. CHEERS ANDY [I look forward to parts 2 and 3]..
hey mandango i'm a mod on garretts UA-cam channel and obviously heard your stuff through him(ABSOLUTELY AMAZING MUSIC BTW!!!!) I must have listened to skyless a million times when he was trying to learn it... but ya I wanted to order the tshirt and cd combo plus I wanted to get a guitar pick but it seems the ole guitar picks aren't an option anymore?? or the store link or it's fubar'd? Just wanted to see if you knew what was up before I placed the order
Hey man! Yeah Garrett is a real sweetheart! Unfortunately the picks are made and sold by a Winspear so that link just directs them to their website - which you quite rightly pointed out seems to be down at the moment. Tom is a really busy guy and is probably just working on a new batch amongst many other things. I would send them from here but I only have a couple left and am waiting on a personal batch to be made myself... I appreciate you wanting to put in an order though, thanks so much for the support, it means a lot! If you were to order the picks later it wouldn't affect the shipping as they're shipped separately by Winspear anyway. Thanks for pointing out the dead link, I'll speak to Tom about it now. Ugh man I have a focusrite interface and I hate when the cpu glitches and makes all that crazy playback noise. Always had to restart my computer or at least rerun protools. Anyway, I feel your pain and can’t wait to get my hands on the final product 🤤
It's actually only happened to me once haha, I can't explain it!
I had the same problem with my Focusrite. I fixed it by changing some settings in the power settings in Windows 10. Go to "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options\System Settings" and untick "Turn on fast start-up". It might help. Also make sure you have the power plan set to full power/best performance.
Good stuff I’ll definitely keep that in mind. I did upgrade my ram but sometimes I think it’s just a cpu overload glitch. Fun recording your own stuff isn’t it? 😝👍🏻
