It's lovely. I saw a woman with one about 6 months ago and hers was in the mock Croc leather in the colour yellow. She was walking her dog and it looked beautiful, I could clearly see that it's a bag that can be dressed up or down and I was tempted to buy one myself. The solid grey is a beautiful neutral, enjoy. A little late to comment, but wanted to say thanks for the video. I absolutely love my Chanel WOC but wanted something a little less precious to pull in and out of my bigger work bag. This is such a great option. Sold. I’ve ordered in the classic Mulberry oak colour.
Can’t go wrong with the Darley. I have both the Darley and Chanel Woc, and they’re different for similar uses. I love that this bag’s leather is so tactile.
It’s very interesting to hear you say you don’t use your Chanel, when I had my woc I didn’t use my Chanel bags as much either. The WOCS are so easy for moms. The mulberry is definitely reminiscent of Hermes etoupe! Looks like a great every day piece.
I’ve gotten out of the habit of switching bags frequently and since the pandemic I carry less. I could realistically get rid of 1/2 my collection but I’m attached to them. For example my jumbo I never carry it’s a tank but I know if I sold it I wouldn’t be able to replace as I won’t pay the current price so I hang on to it. I’d love to be ultra minimal and have 5 - 10 bags but it’s just not me
Hi, I was wondering how you are going with your small Darley 9 months later? Do you still like it? I was planning on getting a Chanel WOC but no longer convinced that it’s worth the current price tag. I think the new small quilted Darley might be better option for what I want a WOC for - to be a mini bag inside my large work tote. What I’m not clear about is how many more items the Darley can fit vs the Chanel WOC? Would you be able to do a comparison video between these two bags on what they can fit and their pro’s & cons? TIA 🙏
Hi Bee, love your new bag 😍 I find the Darley a little too short for crossbody as well so I did phone mulberry customer services to see if they do a longer chain. Unfortunately they don’t but they did say they had a shorter chain I could buy. Just a thought if you wanted a shorter chain 😊
Hi...I watched this video a few times just to make sure I catch everything...Can I ask your advice...I want to buy a Chanel woc but I'm very petite and slim framed and I know the chain strap will be too too long...I've looked on the purseforum...read different posts and looked on UA-cam and learnt how people use clips ribbons etc to shorten the strap but there's part of me that thinks to spend £2190 which it is now and then have to fiddle with the strap...is that mad? Should I just get a darley? I've got a Chanel square mini that I've had for about 20 years ...Still looks good ...black lamb with ghw ... strap is much shorter and suits me well...I know its my decision but I do value your opinion as you always do honest and realistic reviews...I would appreciate it...many thanks
@@bridgetoflaherty2666 if you enjoy the mini I don’t think you need a woc. I’d get another mini in a nice colour but avoid the rectangle as the strap is long too or try a darley they make nice colours
