    I've been using this type of work glove for almost 20 years, and they are way better than leather gloves, just like you say, because they have way more dexterity. But I work with stone and brick, so mine get worn out in a week or two anyways, can't really do anything about it. I think the type you tested might last a bit longer than mine.

      Ah, yeah... I recently noticed they do wear out fast. The 1st/outer rubber coating is already rubbing off from the fingertips after pruning some garden trees around here. I'm not a pro/contractor, but my entire garden is 3/8" gravel, 2-3" pebbles and some boulders; so while these def help in moving rocks whenever I need to plant, they will also wear. Maybe Stihl is a better brand?

      @@LessTalkMoreDelicious I like gravel too, my back yard is all 3/4 inch gravel, no lawn anymore, it was such a waste of time and water! The company that makes my gloves us Showa!

    Cut resistance is a lateral slice not a stab.

    Thank you for showing us this glove is only protect us from cutting ourself but offer no protection from sharp object stepping though. I am glad I saw your video before buying these expensive gloves.

      If you know you’re going to be working with “thorns” then you probably won’t grab too hard when picking up the trimmings .Lightweight gloves are good for the summer when landscaping.

    How do you like these gloves? Pruning a rose bush would these work? Also, have you tried their cut level 3 gloves? What about installing mulch etc do they wear out fast?

      Thorns will penetrate any glove honestly. But, gloves are def way better than nothing.
      I haven't tried the Level3 ones.. but I might get next time to save money.
      Wear... the very fingertips still wear a little and rub off, but no holes at least (only because I move a lot of 2-3" pebbles and rock when I plant stuff)... but they're holding up a lot better than the brand-new leather gloves surprisingly. I used both for moving rocks all Fall/Winter... and the leather ones already have holes in fingertips! The Milwaukee don't have holes! Wow.

    Does your thumb and last finger fit all the way? I got some different ones and only three of my fingers fit all the way through to the top of the glove fingers and I don’t know if that is normal

    • @LessTalkMoreDelicious
      @LessTalkMoreDelicious  3 роки тому +1

      Yeah, mine fit... maybe just a tad loose or more room. Pinky is def the loosest and has a little extra room/length. But, thumb is normal.
