Say what u will guys, the dash trigger mechanics shouldnt have changed! It was what made him special.. its a good revamp as not just sole counter pick but overall but he heavily relies on his skills itself for the ult. See how good was Minsi revamp and the fact that ult counter is still there.

Pre like a nerf relies on skill for ult even if enemy dashes no ult and no shield and shorter ult range
I think this new Phoveus has the same play style and mechanism as Arlott.
Arlott's 2nd skill = Phoveus's ultimate Arlott's 1st skill = Phoveus's 1st skill Arlott's ultimate = Phoveus's 2nd skill
But Phoveus is an anti-dash hero, which is very useful because many heroes have dash skills. They do have some similarities, so Arlott players will be happy with this revamped hero. 😅😊

personal i dislike this revamp because the range of his ultimate has decease from 8 unit to maybe 3 or 4 unit
shouldnt it be a magic damage build lol
Phoveus after his revamped deals mostly physical damage his ulti: HP base physical damage, first skill : physical damage second skill: not sure
You can make a mix build by using physical attack and magic power items
