Amritsari Paneer Bhurjee ! Super healthy & tasty. New way of making a creamy paneer bhurjee

Ingredients
1 tbsp Butter
1 small Onion
1 Tomato
1 to 2 Green Chillies
1 tsp Grated Ginger
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Seed Powder
1 tsp Jeera Powder
1 to 2 tbsp Coriander, Chopped
Some Water
2 tsp Mustard Oil
2 tsp Besan (This is one magical ingredient)
Salt & Chaat Masala
This recipe is simply amazing & I am aure it will become a constant in your kitchen so don’t forget to save it

- Cook the besan and mustard oil just a little, we don’t want to brown and roast the besan.
- Add enough water to make the Paneer Bhurjee moist and creamy
- Do not over cook after adding paneer, we don’t want it to be chewy.
- A little bit of Chaat Masala simply makes the flavour chatpata.
