अमृतसरी पनीर भुर्जी बनाने की पूरी विधि | Street Style Paneer Bhurji | Amritsari Paneer Bhurji
Street style paneer bhurji
Ingredients
Paneer 300 gms
Besan 4 tbsp
Curd ¼ cup
Turmeric pwd ½ tsp
Masala mix 1 tbsp
(pav bhaji masala/chana masala/sambar masala)
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Kasoori methi 1 tbsp
Kitchen king masala 1 tsp
Black pepper pwd ½ tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Water as required
Mustard oil 3 tbsp
Deghi mirch pwd 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 no.
Oil 1 tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp
Ginger Chopped 1 tbsp
Onion chopped 1 cup
Tomatoes sliced ½ cup
Green chillies 1 tbsp
Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Ginger juliennes for garnish
Water as required
Method
Heat a pan and roast besan till it gets golden brown.
Transfer it to a bowl, add turmeric pwd, masala mix, kitchen king masala, black pepper pwd, kasoori methi, salt, curd, water and mix it.
Heat some mustard oil until it gets smoked, off the flame. Add red chilli pwd.
Add this oil to the mixture, add chaat masala, lemon juice, mix it and keep aside.
Heat a pan, add oil, butter, sliced onion and saute.
Then add chopped ginger, chopped green chilli and stir.
Add sliced tomatoes and cook till it gets mushy.
Later add besan-curd masala paste and saute.
Then water and cook till it releases oil.
Add grated paneer and stir. Add some water and cook for a while.
Lastly add chopped coriander, ginger juliennes, and grate paneer/ cheese.
Serve hot with slices of bread.

I tried this recipe today and it turned out to be so yummy. But instead of kitchen King masala I used Maggie masala and I have also added capsicum to paneer bhurji which was tasting good too.
