The reasons of shown disasters are: Polish AF 101 - landing in visibility conditions way below airport capabilities; Pulkovo 612 - losing airspeed and stalling aircraft while trying to fly over severe thunderstorm; Aeroflot 3352 - has been cleared to land on occupied runway at night with limited visibility conditions; Aeroflot 5143 - losing airspeed and stalling aircraft during climb in hot air conditions (presumably cockpit crew has been extremely tired due to sleeping schedule violations); BAL 2937 - mid-air collision caused by ICAO failure to commit strict priority of TCAS Resolution Advisory over ATC instructions. NONE of these disasters has been a result of aircraft design imperfections. Of course, Tu-154 has such design-related disasters in its history (for ex., Baikal flight 130), but none of them has been shown here.

To be fair, the uberlingen collision was due to the pilots ignoring TCAS, and not any fault with the plane itself. There were also a lot of systemic issues at the atc facility that allowed this scenario to happen as well

Yes, he gave conflicting instructions, but he never instructed anyone to defy tcas. The DHL involved did declare a tcas ra, but the controller was at the other screen handling traffic there. And the reason he even had to handle two screens in the first place? His coworker decided to go take a nap.

Admittedly, it was a misstatement that the pilots ignored TCAS. They actually defied TCAS, instead following ATC instruction to descend instead. As for the issues at the ATC facility. The controller was operating two different sectors simultaneously since his colleagues decided to go take a nap, the main radar was offline for maintenance, providing no proactive warnings of impending collision either. The controller had no way of knowing what TCAS would tell the pilots, and never heard the call from DHL that TCAS told them to descend, as at that moment he was controlling the other sector.
Anyways, there was a few survivors of polish airforce flight crash, but shortly after they got shoted by russian police (?) for unknown reasons i guess. I think im right
