Tilda Swinton and Olivier Saillard discuss Embodying Pasolini and the joy of collaboration

Over the past two years, Olivier Saillard and Tilda Swinton have staged Embodying Pasolini, an almost two-hour performance, in Rome and Paris.
In it, Swinton performs in a selection of 28 costumes from Pier Paolo Pasolini’s films, ‘embodying’ and recontextualizing them into the present moment.
In this film by System and Brigitte Lacombe, the duo sit down to discuss the joy of collaborating on the unknown and how they approached the process of occupying Pasolini’s costumes once more.
