Imo a super simple start to nerfing malignance is to make the malignance size spread more varied, instead of 250-550 they can make it like 125-750 so high cd ult champions which do a lot of damage can proc the high size pools, making the item better on more people while pool spammers like swain teemo won't be so oppressive with it
I heard from other sources and content creators that they actually reverted some of the hotfix nerfs on Teemo. I think the Q and R AP reduction nerfs got reverted, but the shroom CDR nerfs stayed.
As mentioned in the description, idk why in every game that we chose for upload (I only remember my performance not my attitude) I'm whining so much lmao. Teemo is in an ok state, I'll check if in the next video I'm ranting
That's not a big problem because your whining isn't personalized or "Rito bad". You don't want to be on Manco1's path. He was/is part of some kind of "positive gamers group" and it was really miserable to watch him try keeping positive vibes when he was dying inside. At some point he rebranded himself as a "bad boy Manco1" and some viewers thought he had become too toxic. lol
Teemo shrooms are problematic on low elo...i just got a friends account from iron 3 to emerald in a week with a 85% winratio. I was even 4vs5 in some games. They need to update E on teemo and make somehow a viable on hit teemo build for hight elo.

they only reverted the e nerfs, q dmg, r dmg and r cd are still nerfed. E dmg got buffed
