It is one of the more daunting tasks in Revit. But as The Revit Kid is demonstrating, if you have the right workflow, it's not too bad, and it's really worth doing so you can see it in 3D!

I’d call that counter detail a “waterfall” edge. Super common on modern residential kitchens here in CO.
