Definitely not my best hair day, but these old videos I just rediscovered take us through the processes of Whisky making, specifically for the Glenfiddich Distillery!
This video explains the process of fermentation in its basic form. Each ferment is slightly different, but the core process of converting sugar & water into alcohol with the assistance of yeast is pretty straight forward!
