My dâd was violent and mentally abusive towards my mum. She survived and had love jn her life but it took it's tole on her health, she doesn't sleep. I know it's through fear in her body cause he would try strangle her or kick her out of béd drag her down stairs. 5ft 3 he was 6ft, love your self soon ás they show aggressive behaviour controling like wanting you to be a house wife dependent or call you a name leave . I know it's hard to keep emotions in check when someone cheats on you, but be wise & wait to confront/discuss the issues when you are not volatile, just resolved. Have a plan in place for your safety/shelter/finances BEFORE you confront him. Don't presume family members & friends will automatically take you in, ASK BEFORE you confront him. Last thing you want is to be homeless & penniless on top of everything you already endured. Especially consider children's safety, 1st lady was wrong to engage in fight with a toddler in her arms, she should have waited until children are out of harm's way.

This is what ive been noticing for quite some time (i don't know if others with agree with me but this is what I've noted) but a large number of men walk out or MORE SPECIFICALLY throw their wife out WITH THE KIDS! They want a change in life? They'll leave/divorce their gf/wife...... BUT leave her with the kids! Irrespective of their ages. Very few men tend to take initiative (without any prompting from others) to take custody especially if it's main custody. They just walk out. Then they go crying that theyre not being allowed 50/50 or sole custody or visitation etc..... when so often they barely are trying to keep in contact. The amount of times ive come across stories FROM THE KIDS that their fathers (mothers as well but not as much common) just move onto a new life abd want to leave all the "old life" behind. None of them are rushing to keep track of the expenditures of their kids and making sure its paid. It needs to be painfully extracted out of them. Then they resort to being "paid under the table" in otder to avoid child support. And that's not even taking into account the alimony the wife is owed.
If I caught my man cheating I wouldn't say anything. Start my plan, pack my shit, and one day he comes home to the house with my possessions gone and his cell phone and social media blocked.

my ex bit me on my face. he tried to choke me twice and when my full body arthritis was flaring to the point i couldnt ben to tie my shoes i was in so much pain he would pick me up and drop/ toss me onto things. like he did on the couch back and then twice in a row on a bed i was in cause i was too sickly to move around normally. I know it's hard to keep emotions in check when someone cheats on you, but be wise & wait to confront/discuss the issues when you are not volatile, just resolved. Have a plan in place for your safety/shelter/finances BEFORE you confront him. Don't presume family members & friends will automatically take you in, ASK BEFORE you confront him. Last thing you want is to be homeless & penniless on top of everything you already endured. Especially consider children's safety, 1st lady was wrong to engage in fight with a toddler in her arms, she should have waited until children are out of harm's way.
She didn't "engage in a fight" she questions why he's coming in late and he threw her AND HIS KIDS out INSTEAD of answering the question. There's literally nothing wrong with asking a question
She wasn't "fighting" she apparently asked why he was out late and he went ballistic and kicked her out. Abusers are volatile and things go way left very quickly
This is what ive been noticing for quite some time (i don't know if others with agree with me but this is what I've noted) but a large number of men walk out or MORE SPECIFICALLY throw their wife out WITH THE KIDS! They want a change in life? They'll leave/divorce their gf/wife...... BUT leave her with the kids! Irrespective of their ages. Very few men tend to take initiative (without any prompting from others) to take custody especially if it's main custody. They just walk out. Then they go crying that theyre not being allowed 50/50 or sole custody or visitation etc..... when so often they barely are trying to keep in contact. The amount of times ive come across stories FROM THE KIDS that their fathers (mothers as well but not as much common) just move onto a new life abd want to leave all the "old life" behind. None of them are rushing to keep track of the expenditures of their kids and making sure its paid. It needs to be painfully extracted out of them. Then they resort to being "paid under the table" in otder to avoid child support. And that's not even taking into account the alimony the wife is owed.

No one is suggesting that a man is a punk for crying. But what he is saying is that using fake tears to manipulate your way out of a situation in which you lied, cheated, stole, abused someone, etc. to avoid accountability and keep that person around when you are mistreating them is what makes you a punk.

my ex bit me on my face. he tried to choke me twice and when my full body arthritis was flaring to the point i couldnt ben to tie my shoes i was in so much pain he would pick me up and drop/ toss me onto things. like he did on the couch back and then twice in a row on a bed i was in cause i was too sickly to move around normally. Im shocked he didnt off me. J3sus over my shoulder i think.
of course i had each of my eyes bruised at different points but once when he said i could look through his phone he got mad i found something and attacked me and ended up tackling me into a desk and hitting me he said "this is why i lie to you".
