- Have you ever wanted to know the pH of the water you're currently drinking?
We created the ultimate pH competition of the major brands that we run into and show how alkaline they are or are not. We tested the pH of 15 different Brands and show you how much you might be paying and how we compare from a price and pH perspective.
Our journey starts at a fish store to purchase the dye test followed by Shoprite to purchase all the bottles. We then move onto the warehouse to pick up TriBeCa Water. We compare the pricing and the pH of each water to help you make a more informed decision going forward!
We examined the price and ph of:
Dasani Water
Life Water
Alkaline 8.8 Water
Fiji Water
Iceland Water
Poland Spring Origin Water
Poland Spring Water
Core Water
Evian Water
Acquapanna Water
Glass Acquapanna Water

just placed my order and i have my tester too. amazing video thanks
I am going to switch from Poland spring to Tribeca! Thank you so much for this video.
Never seen something like this before!! Awesome vid
Thanks for this video !
There is no control in this group of water. All different amounts of water in each cup, different amounts of ph tester put into cups. Nothing has the same amount. Your test is flawed., please do this over.
Thank you. I was going to say the same. This test is a joke
Yellow will never turn to purple
The only flaw I seen was the fact you got a jug of your product then used the excuse that you didn’t wanna open the jug then didn’t show us you getting the water from the cooler or ANYTHING
Well this was informative glad I made the switch to Tribeca
Thanks onika
Just switched from Poland spring to Tribeca, the water tastes so good and this guys provide great service and they treat the customer like family. The first time I talked to Mark directly to place my 1st order I wanted 4 jugs and his honesty about going with a 2 bottle trial run just in case we didn’t like the taste it was so refreshing to hear. He didn’t try to oversell me and that’s rare. The jugs are brand new not like other companies so If you live in NYC give this guys a try.
I'm glad your enjoying our service! Appreciate the positive feedback
Me too
I was legitimately stunned about Fiji 😮
So fake.. why did you put 1 drop of Ph tester in your water and like 10 in all the rest???? what a waste of time Mr TriBeCa water from the tap guy.
Why were you rushing the whole time?
You should also talk about the TDS solids in the water because that's part of standard water testing can you please do that
I love tribe ca water I get the alkaline because I’m fighting cancer and my tumor markers dropped almost 20 points 12 pst blood test
If you blow in water sometimes it switches, could you blow.
This test is bad because he is putting different amounts of water in the cups, another reason why is because he should blow into the cups of water with a straw to see if the water will battle back the acidity in our mouths.
I read somewhere Poland Spring got sued and I think it's a Nestle company so I have to switch for a more neutral or a hint of alkaline.
Where are you located
I currently get tribeca but I heard from a friend that research says best water is ph of 7.5 for our body?
Add oxygen to each and see if they change color
Right ! I hate when they don’t do it
interesting spin on a topic most know nothing about. Do you have any weight-loss or health improvement testimonies other than taste? I can put baking soda in water and make it purple
Hi there
We try to stay away from posting and health claims just for liability reasons
Wow. Fiji used to be light green in some other videos. Now it looks yellow. 🤔
because hes using a high range ph testing solution that means the scale of ph is determined from 7.4 ph which is brownish the more orange and yellow is more balanced around 7.8 to 8.2 then violet n purple are more 8.4 to 8.8 so the solution he uses just tests for really high ph's so the color are different from other videos because they use lower range ph testing solutions so hence the different colors.
Blow bubbles in them don't know if it makes a difference tbh
Thank you
Well I guess you never too old to learn something. I guess I'm screwed. I been drinking from the garden hose most of my life.
You should test if they have graphene oxide in them... Over boil and watch the blackness appear and grad a magnet and if it is attracted to the magnet you have graphene oxide which is no good to drink...
Dude did you even read the instructions?
You have already stated that you are using a high range test however you keep stating that the tests are on the acidic side of the scale. 7.4 which is the low end of the scale is still alkaline. 7.0 is considered neutral or balanced which still isn’t bad for you.
I am sold. I ordered today
Thanks so much!
Essentia water is a fake PH water, outside it seems very high on Ph but when consumed it becomes very acidic. I’ve seen a video that shows that specific water.
Why u didn’t blow into the cups using carbon dioxide? Some of the purple would’ve turned acidic🤔
I absolutely love my Tribeca Beverage Alkaline water. I get 6 jugs monthly and most times I need early delivery because we run out so quickly. All of my family and friends calls it my "bougie" water. 😂 Idc tho because it definitely got my children to drink more water than they were. I've been a subscriber for almost 3yrs and I will continue to be a subscriber for as long as I possibly can.
Thanks that means a lot to us!
first time I've seen FIJI and Core water test turn out more acidic, did you accidentally put too many drops in?
Riiiiight.. I literally just watched 4 other videos like this and the Fiji water was not yellow when they put the drops in it. At this point, I don’t what to drink 🤦🏾♂️
Is more PH (more purple, right?) better for you? Does more Alkaline = healthier?
Look up Dr. Berg’s breakdown on alkalinity.
One has to also consider the fluoride and other heavy metals in the water. More important than alkalinity, I’d imagine.
Technically speaking Natural occurring Alkaline is Healthy. Spring Water is a Great Source look up Dr. Sebi
Alkalinity of water doesn't mean healthier water because one can add pollutants to make it alkaline.
There's several systems in the human body that monitor and regulate pH levels, not only in the blood but in various places and various organs of your body. Blood pH has to be kept very tightly controlled..... OR YOU DIE.
Trying to regulate overall pH by what you drink is a daunting task. The main concern is getting all 95 essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals into your system on a consistent basis and letting your highly intelligent DNA and bodily regulatory systems sort out the rest of it. The main concern you should have in getting these 95 essential nutrients into your bloodstream is GUT HEALTH, because outside of good gut health, you aren't going to absorb those nutrients and you're starving yourself (the main cause of obesity is deficiency, not excess).
@@exothermal.sprocket So in your opinion, what are the best bottled waters to buy?
I know from watching other tests plus the stated 7.2 ph on the bottle Evian should be a blue
Can’t compare colors unless both tests use the same drops because the color range is different. Some tests use color ranges with more acidic ph values that this test bottle does not cover on his chart. His yellow is somewhere around neutral
Essentia adds baking soda to make it that color
Do you are using to many drops
on other videos fiji comes up as blue
A simple electronic pH tester would have been nice.
A ph tester and some Alkaline strips to actually check the alkaline level in each water. This didn’t prove the alkaline level. Ph level and Alkaline level are different
@@averygentry35 Neutral= 7 pH.
Acidic: less than 7 pH.
Alkaline: more than 7 pH.
That simple.
Don’t some of these ads baking soda to make it alkaline
Anything over 7 is akaline so won't that make all these pretty much akaline
Has anyone tested good and gather?
Everything of the test scale means everything is good. There should be a wider range. This test means nothing 🤷🏽♂️ Good marketing though.
Sodium bicarbonate AKA baking soda will alkaline your water
Nah those ph drops ur using must be defective
I think the bottled water industry is the Greediest!
Evian it’s a good water even it is Fiji
i drink basic water, so
His putting too much drops with out control.
This video is such a lie. The ph is light blue for Fiji and Evian in other UA-cam videos. This is very weird.
I'm confused in your water testing techniques. You have different amounts of each sample and you certainly used different amounts of indicator in each sample. When you tested your water you poured very little sample and only added a drop or two. If you are going to try and go against other products to say yours is the best then at least do it evenly across the board. I have been working with water purification for 20+ yrs and this made me laugh. If you are changing the molecular structure of water to sell then you should have some Chemistry knowledge to be able to test the water you produce. If so then you should follow Chemistry rules when sampling and not alter the results with different quantities.
That said you very well might have a better product that the others on the market, I don't know. I would do a better job in Blasting the competition if I were you before they do.
Canada DON'T SALE
CORE water..the bottle
does have a great
.......Bottle Design
Doesnt ph mean how clean the water it is? Jw
The pH doesn't reflect how pure the water the is
Ph and alkalinity are 2 different components of water chemistry. They are not one and same. An alkalinity reading would be determined by the proper chemical reagent test for "total alkalinity". And so thus far the answer to "how alkaline Smart water is", along with all these other brands, hasn't truly been addressed directly. (Hint: Ask your pool guy test it for you.)
All of this is meaningless! The waters that claim a 8 ph on the label all pretty much oassed the test. All the spring waters are basically neutral. You can add sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) to the spring waters to bring up the Ph. So you, like the other purified water are using a tap water source filtering it and adding some baking soda. Big deal!
Where’s Aquafina?
Maybe next video
@@waterexpertstribecabeverage Thanks! 😊
What does red mean
Less alkaline
None of that water is real alkaline water
@N F you're reasoning is accurate when it comes to rock minerals. Those types of minerals are Not bioavailabe to our 70-80% aquatic cellular structures. THIS is exactly why cheaply sourced vitamins & minerals supplements often get trapped in the body because the body could not utilize it... therefore leaving many still vitamin & minerals deficient.
However; depending in food sources for our minerals is a thing of the past. We need Supplements but the right absorbable kind.
Why? Because... the soil is minerals deficient so it cannot produce minerals rich produce. Look up glyphosate to use as an example...
In a more ideal agricultural setting your projected solution would be accurate. The water would therefore still be minerals rich as well... But that ideal solution or course of action can't be applied within a societal milieu that no longer can accommodate our natural needs.
The most absorbable minerals now MUST be harvested from the ocean's bottom; from corral reef sheddings; which are naturally alkaline & very rich in trace minerals content; that are 100% conducive & bioavailable to our trillions of cellular structures... These minerals are activated in Dr inking water once introduced by shaking or stirring; which reflects the activity if 're ocean which is alkaline... naturally. That's what infuses the trace minerals with the water and therefore allows our bodies to be effectively mineralized & hydrated on our cellular levels.
We're is the proof that alkaline water is healthy...where does this idea come from? Bleach is also Alkaline!?!
Water needs to be clean ... Alkaline water is alkaline because something was added to it to make it alkaline (most of the time pollutants)....pure water the way nature made it is not alkaline....it is clean...water most important quality is for it to be clean. Not with pollutants added to it.
Video too long....use edit to edit out you staring at a damn bottle
This was sooooo weak! This is not testing it at all
Test is flawed
You cute
Need lovely 😍💋 💝💖❤️
Thank you!
Seen other videos where these waters test out differently than this...hmmm
