No specific documents to prove your relationship as long as the Dutch partner signed the forms & sponsorship then it will already depend on IND. You can check the complete & updated list of requirements in ind.nl website. I also mentioned it in this video if you watched it. Yes your husband will apply for both.
Hello, thank you for the video, I have a question regarding the documents being send to my partner, can I have them scanned and send digitally or must I send them via post office? Thank you.
Which exam you are asking for? There is one set of integration exam you have to take in the country you are currently at before you can apply & process for mvv (it’s one of the main requirements). And then once you are already living in NL you have to take another sets of exams but that’s 2 or 3 years (must double check coz rules might’ve changed) to complete so you can take your own time when ready, this will be a requirement if you want to apply for Dutch citizenship in the future.
Hi! For the residence permit is valid for 5 years, after which do we have to reapply or are we allowed extension? Or do we have to take the integration test? But I'm not giving up my citizenship. Thanks!
I guess you can reapply it but I don’t know much people do that option, most do apply for naturalization already. About not giving up citizenship is depends on your nationality, if your country allow dual citizenship you may temporary give it up & regain it back later.
thanks! 2-3 months but it really depends, could be faster or longer especially now with covid and also if there’s follow up on your documents if they’re not satisfied.
Hello, I HOPE YOU SEE THIS !! How much do you need to score to pass the exam for each section? also, incase you fail in one section do you have to repeat the entire exam?
Sorry I took this long time ago, I don’t remember exactly and maybe got some changes now already. Better double check at the Dutch embassy in your country.

Hello! I temporarily stopped working to focus on motherhood. Getting a job is not that hard if you’re not picky but if you have high expectations especially if you had a previous good position might cause big disappointment unless if you’re considered highly educated/skilled. I’m talking more for us from a 3rd world country like PH where education is not same level as here. But the biggest issue is actually the language, English speaking is not a big advantage here as everyone knows to speak it thus learning Dutch is very important.
Hi! I have a question, in the A1 exam in the KNS part can you read the question too and see the two options of answers or you only see the picture and hear the question and also see the two option answers? And in the Speaking part of the A1 exam, when you see a video of the person asking a question, can you read the question they ask too or you can only hear it? Thank you!
Hello! I can’t fully remember everything since it’s been a long time and they may have changed the style now so please don’t rely on it well. But by what I can remember (just to give an idea) on the KNS part, you can read & hear it since it’s multiple choice in a computer. And for the Speaking, you only listen (not seeing anything).
Hi! I am looking to move in with my Dutch partner. Since I have an american citizenship I don't need to go through the exam. Can you please tell me for how long does the MVV last? tried to look online for an answer, but all I could find is that it lets you stay for longer than 90 days in the Netherlands.
Hi! MVV is just the name of visa you’ll get when you apply through partnership. Once you get it approved, you have to be in NL within 90 days and once you are here you will need to collect a permanent residence card that will allow you to stay until 5 years.
@@PinayDutchLifeTV Thank you so much for the quick reply! So does that means when I get to the Netherlands, if I don't need an MVV, I just need to register with the Dutch authorities and apply for residency? Sorry for the questions, online info is a bit confusing 😅
Hi Ms. Christine, which form po did you sign? As of the moment, I have 3 different forms withh me and we're kinda confused which form should be submitted to the IND. Hoping for your reply po. Thanks!!
For partner too? For what I know, all forms are downloadable in IND website itself and you just have to choose on which situation you are going to apply for then under it is where you can download the forms, so quite clear from the website which forms you will need.
This is only done in the Dutch embassy in the country you are in. You can check their website or call to inquire about what you need & have to do to be able to register for a Dutch integration exam.

Hi! When you got you dutch residency and you are already in the Netherlands, can you start working right away? Or there is a periode of time when your partner need to provide for you?
As long as you have the residence permit plus got your BSN number (you get this once registered to your city hall) then you can start working right away / anytime. The biggest challenge you may encounter is to find a proper job that doesn’t require to speak Dutch if you don’t speak the language yet otherwise most local jobs requires Dutch speaking.

Hi po. My wife is filipina and we are in the process to get the Dutch Residence permit for her, as I'm a Dutch citizen living in NL. To come here to the NL, even with the Marriage certificate, does she needs an Affidavit of Support issued by the PH Embassy in the Netherlands?

Hi sis, I can’t help but I can only give advice. It’s probably taking longer due to pandemic but if I were you or your partner, I will follow up and check with IND. Your partner can email or call them.
I wanted to know the details of the forms and the steps. Basically this video has overview details and speaks nothing about how to apply for mvv.. but anyways, i would figure it out.. :(
Yes it’s more about what you need to know and experience sharing of how I’ve done my mvv process. If you watched it till the end I also discussed the steps I did but each applicants has unique situations so indeed kinda have to self-figured.
For what I know now it’s still A1 level but I heard that soon it’s gonna be B1. It depends when your application is under the old or new rules. You better check it with IND/DUO itself since rules keep changing.

You don’t need to get married first, as long as you can prove that you’re in an exclusive relationship you can apply for MVV, so better do that first.
ur videos are so educating please i have a question can you please explain for me clearly i just got my mvv exam result and i got 10 9 9 i have my marriage certificate nd it been legalised for use in the netherland embassy here in rwanda where we both got married which is where i live i also have my birth certificate legalised too and also have a copy of my passport all sent to her she is about to apply next her job contract is infinite but she only work 2 days there and 3 days in another job with out a contract we are thinking of combining both pay checks it very much above requirement am asking if this is a good idea
Seems your docs are all set & good, only the problem I see here is the stable job #1 of top requirements for mvv visa application. The person applying for you which is your Dutch partner must have a fixed work contract to be able to prove that she can provide for you in NL. So even if she has 2 jobs to combine if it’s not permanent contracts it could become a problem.
Thank you very much for your reply we also made more enquiry and are told to go ahead after we stated this My wife has a permanent contract job which she earns €1200 Monthly And also a flexible contract job which she earns above €2200 Together she earns $3400 monthly And she pays taxes on all And has never gotten any government loan or benefits and for the past 4 years has been earning over €3000 monthly and paying taxes and all required social security all her bills are less than €1800 Thank you.

Hi...Nice informative video...how long did it take your man from applying for MMV till he received the approval letter? :)

Hi! What do you do in the Netherlands? Is it easy to find a job once you have resident visa? Thanks
Pinay-DutchLife TV thank you so so much! I will keep it in mind

Hi! sorry for delayed response, I took Dutch school in Singapore with Sir Matthieu, here is his website www.allwrite.com.sg/Dutch_Language_Course.htm
Yes I visited the Netherlands first to visit my boyfriend (husband now) without even thinking of applying for MVV yet. Months later when we applied for MVV.

Hi! When you got you dutch residency and you are already in the Netherlands, can you start working right away? Or there is a periode of time when your partner need to provide for you?
As long as you have the residence permit plus got your BSN number (you get this once registered to your city hall) then you can start working right away / anytime. The biggest challenge you may encounter is to find a proper job that doesn’t require to speak Dutch if you don’t speak the language yet otherwise most local jobs requires Dutch speaking.
hi po question sa pg fill up ng MVV issue form admision and residence. if marrried na ang ilalagay po ba na surename or family name is ung sa husband ko na po ba although di ko pa po na change ung last name ko? hope you answer this soon,
Your last name, should exactly same as in your passport now.
Anyone know if the Dutch partner has a contract for a remote job, does that meet the requirement? Or does the employer have to be in the Netherlands?
Employer doesn’t have to be in the Netherlands, as long as have fixed contract & good salary to sponsor someone.
What about if in your country there's no dutch embassy and also no school what can you do?
I think you have to go to the nearest country with the Dutch embassy. If no Dutch school you can opt for self study.

Hi po. My wife is filipina and we are in the process to get the Dutch Residence permit for her, as I'm a Dutch citizen living in NL. To come here to the NL, even with the Marriage certificate, does she needs an Affidavit of Support issued by the PH Embassy in the Netherlands?

But once she already have the MVV then CFO is needed at the immigration when going to the Netherlands.

Hi, did you get married first before you applied for the MVV? Or which is better to do first, get married first then file for MVV visa?
We did not get married first. We applied for MVV when we decided to live together here in NL and to be able to do that (because I was in the other country) is MVV. You don’t need to get married first, as long as you can prove that you’re in an exclusive relationship you can apply for MVV, so better do that first.
What kind of the declare sponsorship letter ?
Dank je wel Ate it’s really helping me to apply mvv visa also. God bless
ur videos are so educating please i have a question can you please explain for me clearly i just got my mvv exam result and i got 10 9 9 i have my marriage certificate nd it been legalised for use in the netherland embassy here in rwanda where we both got married which is where i live i also have my birth certificate legalised too and also have a copy of my passport all sent to her she is about to apply next her job contract is infinite but she only work 2 days there and 3 days in another job with out a contract we are thinking of combining both pay checks it very much above requirement am asking if this is a good idea
Thank you one is a permanent contract then one is not and she also has proof that she has been earning for the past 3 years above requirement
