    I once had to do "triage" as a TA when I was overwhelmed with more students in my office hours session than I could possibly get to. I announced those with the earliest deadlines to the front, if you still have an issue after that email me and I'll get back to you tomorrow.
    Silly in the light of something as serious as a mass casualty event, but the fact that such a benign situation caused that stress implies that the real serious business is that much more insane. I'd never want to have to put a black tag on somebody, but if that tag means somebody else with a red tag gets their attention in time instead of wasting it on somebody who's too far gone then it's worth it. Utilitarian necessity meets reality. Nurses are absolute heroes, keep it up!

    I’m very confused here , so if smallpox and anthrax would both present themselves in a question how would we decide which one would have the biggest impact ?
    Both are bad but between the 2 which one would a nurse consider as priority answer . Idk if that even makes sense
