Thank you so MUCH! it worked! HOWEVER, I had to created the file .user.ini in a subfolder which was the folder I had my wordpress install so if you have multiple wordpress installs make sure to create the file in the root of the folder you have your main wordpress files. BOOM

Got damn I thought I was screwed.... Helped me out and let me finally register one of my themes! Thanks a bunch
Thanks for this. It worked well for time limit and input Vars, but not for memory limit. Any advice?
It's probably safer to go on the MultiPHP INI Editor and change the values rather than adding or modifying files on the File Manager.
Hi ya I have followed your how to but for some reason my vars are staying the same, I cant figure it out. On my site it say in the notes about changing it says set to 5000 but their is no max ex time. Does this sound correct.
Hostgator?
The same for me... Hostgator
I was able to follow your video until you pasted the content. Where did you get that pasted info from?
The content is in the description of this video so you can cut and paste from there
Did not work for me in either directory.
ONLY WORKS ON DEDICATED HOSTING, NOT SHARED. Paid for three years up front. Didn't even know the difference. What a waste of time and money. Should have stuck with free Blogger account.
If this method doesn't work like my one, just create ".user.ini" file in the "public_html" folder.
Your tip worked for me, thank you very much.
Worked for me. Thank you!
