Today we check out what is often considered one of the BEST Skater XL community maps of all time. 'The Courts' is an absolutely massive New York City based map that is currently in development by MikeDanHan. This project is finally nearing completion and is rumored to be releasing publicly on the Modding Website in the coming weeks. No matter how much I play this game, I always get so hyped to jump back in after watching a Milky vid.

Milky uploads are the equivalent to the 411 videos my boys and I used to watch to get amped before we went out to skate back in the day.
This was one of my fav videos of yours, and i like them all!! Sick skating here, you can definitely tell that this map inspires you. I wish we had stats menu and this map for console
Skater xl for console is fun, but god damnit I wish I had a pc. Skater xl is a whole other game on pc. With all the mods and maps it really makes this game shine bright!

Milkys back tails always look so steezy. I try them both ways turning 90 and using just the sticks and can’t get that look. Jelly
Try turning like 45 degrees with the triggers and then tweak the stick like you are gonna do a powerslide. Just barely tap the trigger when you pop.

This map is dope, but all the spots are kinda served to the player on a silver plate, they are perfectly placed, sized and eazily accessed. Im still waiting for a realistic street map with realistic geometry, where you gotta be creative to find and use a spot. Siins Alleyways is kinda there, but it's unfinished.

How is it hard to run on your pc? i get 90 FPS stable on a 1070ti.
It's because I run the game at 1440p resolution and I'm typically either recording or streaming at 1080p, it's a lot higher frames when I'm not doing those things.
@@stillmilky ahh makes sense. I’m in 1440p as well. The map is dope and runs well. I think they could make it playable on console. Maybe lower texture res or something. Thanks for the reply! Love your videos.

anybody know why this maps frame rate is a little bad on my pc? i have a $1k+ pc, 144hz, and every other map i play is perfect besides this one. this map is over 1gb but im pretty sure there is some way to get rid of the frame drop can anybody help?

i just want true fisheye on console. theres no fucking measurements or anything to tell you focal length or FOV so its kinda fucked trying to eyeball it on console. thats why i end up wtih random bullshit angles a lot.
try using the png file of a fisheye, have a big fov and put the fisheye png on the editor on top of the clip
