I'm not even studying for this exam/course, but I do love to understand the wine I am drinking. So many of my friends will say they won't drink chardonnay but will happily sit there quaffing chablis! Love your style, presentation skills and structure. thanks
You are doing important work! I am taking Wset lv3 and i observe that while it is important to learn knowledge about wine, knowing how to answer the exam questions is also important (well, the end goal is to score marks, after all), and here you cover both! Thank you so much.
very good!! you just have to improve a bit your French pronunciation , at least for the regions' names .. Champ'a'gne ... it's an "a" like in "America" not like in "apple" ;) "Lieu dit" is not "Liou dit" ;) Anyway... BIG congrats for everything else!
Thanks ppecchi - I am English, so my pronunciation will not be perfect of another language - and I film so many of these videos across many languages it is difficult to get it correct every time.
Nice touch adding the Google Earth videos and it really immerses one into the topography on the area and illustrates the features of the landscape much more effectively.
A comparison of Chablis with German Chardonnay might be interesting, as they are both cool climate grown. Subbed. Again. I was dropped for some reason! 😮
I’m about to resit my Level 3 written exam and I’m so glad that I discovered your videos, the short answer tips are on point. I’m well aware this is what trips most people up. That and hand writing when almost everything we do now is electronic and typing.

A little knowledge goes a long way :-)
I have family who say the same thing! They HATE Chardonnay, but they love Chablis. Haha
Please, let them NOT drink Chardonnay. Soon many Burgundy whites will have stratospheric prices, so leave my Chardonnay wine alone!
Excellent session! Very informative, with all the details. You have great teaching skills, very natural!
Glad you think so!
Great video - thank you.

Great and very enlightening video. I’m currently taking the WSET lv3 in Dublin, Ireland. Next time I’m in London, I’m surely paying you a visit!
Sounds great! Wine school or bar - whatever takes your fancy!
Although I appreciate your words and face, is there a way to stop it covering the top right corner of the screen?
Its an older video - newer videos don't have this issue.
@@WineWithJimmy thanks. Will be starting my WSET3 next year and will subscribe for the full Jimmy experience then!
Thanks for the e learning. Are there short written questions I can print out? Is the e learning a subscription?
Yes and yes

This is great but just spit it out...Chablis is a crisp white wine, generally made from Chardonnay grapes of the Chablis region in France.
