Edward, I remember when Walmart built their first store, here in Rhode Island. All the ''mom and pop'' little stores showed anti- Walmart videos to the customers, in protest of impending doom. I love hearing Eddie Money, on the radio, but never bought any albums. I felt the same way about Boz Scaggs, but I finally gave in and bought his ''Silk Degrees'' album from 1976. That album is delightful from start to finish.
Great album spotlight Edward! I bought this album when it first came out. I was 14yo going on 15. Played it so many times. Glad you mentioned "You Really Got A Hold On Me" Eddie truly does make that song his own. Have a great week. 😊👍
Hi Edward!!! Cool spotlight on Eddie's career..... he was not a big name down here, maybe he became famous before local radio start to play more pop english speaking artists. He had a minor hit with a couple of songs during the 80's and played live here maybe in the late 80's at a big local tv show/Live festival that takes place during the summer. cheers and be well
