the more i listen to this (and the original), the more i think of the ending spoiler, the more i want to cry... this is beautiful... a shame Half-Life had to end like this... especially as a cliffhanger... they couldve stopped at the end of 1... or maybe even the end of 2... possibly the end of episode 1 even... but episode 2...? there is no excuse for stopping there... major cliffhanger...

I remember the first time playing Half-Life, my first PC game in 1999. It took me more than a month to complete it. I was 11. Then I remember the long waiting for Half Life 2. I was at high school and my computer was so incredibly weak to handle this game... However with DX7 command I was able to play it and it was awesome! I loved Ravenholm part. So scary and so perfect! I loved the physic, graphic and new characters.. It took me another 10 years to play Episode 1 and Episode 2. During this time I went to college, found my wife, moved out and found a job. Today I have finished Episode 2, after all those years and it was so powerful and heartmoving. I was waiting for HL3 so long but today I have realized how heartbreaking the waiting was. For me it is end of an era. We are about to have a baby and I know that I will not have time for gaming at all. And I am perfectly fine with it. It is just the end without The End for me. Life has changed but the waiting remains...
