We stayed in shantidham cafe, it's a small property located on Om beach. It was clean and value of money. You can checkout pics on google maps for ambiance (It was a peaceful property with sea view ) We had payed 2000 per day.

I would not suggest going in July. It's peak monsoon season and it would almost rain daily.
