@@LivelyCooking They are not turning out crispy. When i take them out of the oil the fries are soft. they are not crispy like the way yours are.

@SyyedaMahambatool you then have to double fry this,,once you removed from oil let them cool down then fry again on high flame for 2 3 minutes
