You said the polyadenylation is added by RNA polymerase 2 which is wrong , it is added by another polymerase knows as PAP (Polyadenylation polymerase).
Yes in Aakash our teacher also told us it is by polyadynelate polymerase not RNAP 2 and clearly mentioned in class 12 biology chapter molecular basis of inheritance
Everything but the end was right. After CF1 and CF2 come in and cleave the pre-mRNA, the cleavage factors and CstF pop off and PAP (poly A polymerase) creates the poly A tail by elongating the 3' OH end. -Slow polyadenylation from 0-15 As -Fast polyadenylation up to 250 As
Sir Bina book open kre teach krte h even diagram bi draw krte h clean.plz request to all..phele video full dekhe. Fir mistake btaye kbi kbi sir end me mistake' correct bi kr dete h. Shomu sir 👏👏👏
Wow.. you are a great teacher! Great way to explain this!! My graduate professor is extremely knowledgeable but doesn't know how to deliver the information. Thanks!! I understand now!!
Thanks you. Sir from your tutorial vidio i learned well and clear all doubt.and i had got topper in final year of B. Sc microbiology and now still i keep touching with your tutorial. Thank you so much
what have been said by @abz down there is correct.. polyadylation is commenced by PAP (poly A polymerase) becasue rna pol 2 never come with m-RNA transcript .
Thank you for all your vids! These series about DNA transcription are super useful. It covers about 3 long hours of my bio mol cours! Beside, you explain very well and make all this process look easier :)

I think you might have some confusion, let me clarify few things. CSF what you mentioned is actually CstF and CstF binds to G/U rich region. Anyway, I like your lecture. Thanks for this lecture.
i read article taking about some models that were designed for explain transcriptional regulation such as probabilistic model and quantitative model and other models but i can not understand them .. could u plze explain thus models for us
Hi Shomu could I ask does the 5' capping or the polyA tailing also help to prevent the miRNA from degrading the mRNA. Really appreciate if you could reply 😃
sir cleavage factor cuts at specific site and PABP attaches at that position and so on....but what is the fate of the portion that relies after the cut site of CF...??Is it degraded?
You are a beacon of knowledge.
Favourite teacher, shomu sir.
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
you deserve more views ! maybe add tags so people can find you ! this is great !
I don't mind his accent! you can easily understand him. especially, if your'e a native speaker. so pleeeease, keep calm and dont be jealous!

Sir u r very much better than our professors in my university..tq so very much sir..
You're welcome

Thank you so much....
Your videos always help in getting very clear picture of the topic in a very easy way
You're welcome. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures

ure amazing and the way you explain things its just so understandable and simplified. thank you very much for your video's
The CSTF also binds to the GU region not the CA region.
Sir u r brilliant...you make it very simple to us to understand any topic thank you keep posting
Thank you. Glad you liked my lectures

Cleavage stimulation factor(CST) binds on GU rich tract not on AAUAAA sequence along with CPSF.Please make it correct!
Salute your work shomu da!

Thank you sir your teaching skills are amazing
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
So simple way and much informative thank you
You're welcome
instead of CA sequence it is GU sequence which is recognized by CSF.
the diagram of this is present on pg 454 of weaver 5 th edition....awesome explanation by u too ...
you were right , it is CstF for Cleavage stimulating Factor ... the st is for stimulation
Thank you sir, your teaching skills are amazing ❤️
Thank you
u r too good...helping me to get good marks ,,thanks a lot
Sir you're a king🙏
May I ask why the tailing is specifically added by As repeats and not any other nucleotide (polyGs, polyTs, or PolyCs repeats)????
Such a hard work for all of us Tq 😀
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
sir...why only G and A are added. 5'&3' respectively.why not pyramidine.
i read article taking about some models that were designed for explain transcriptional regulation such as probabilistic model and quantitative model and other models but i can not understand them .. could u plze explain thus models for us

What is alternative polyadenylation
thank you so much for your effort saving us = )
the genetic superhero!
sir please make video on topic "nuclear export of mRNA & RNA stability"
Thank u soo much ...its really helpfull
You're welcome
u r doing a nice job sir..thank you
Excellent work!
can't endonuclease cleave the mrna??
Doesn't CstF recognize the GU sequence?
eragon2121 yes
is it pol 2 which is adding Adenine or Poly A polymerase..... as pol 2 is
template dependent
its really helpful...thank u sir..
Thank you so much suman.
Is CstF not bind GU region?
Thank You
I guess PAP performs polyadenylation not pol 2
Great work!! Thank you :)
it was very helpful :)
The is really helpful..👍
Thanks sir
You're welcome
i second rupert. but he helps.
👍😊thank you
You're welcome
Thank you!!!
Keep it up!!!!
As a student of biochemistry I kindly ask you to upload a theory part of genetic code , please sir.
Will make it soon.
Darun
thanks sir...
Sir u r best in molecular bio...
Pls reply or react on my comment....I will happy then
Thabk you so much for appreciating my efforts. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
