I was asking because you used to do lectures back in 2011 and 2012 from what I can remember
also is there a way for us to ask questions during the lectures
I sure did. That was back in Jeddah at IMC hospital. Those days a long gone.
At the end of each live class, we give around 15 minutes or more for questions.
If you attend live, you will be able to ask through the comments.

I was listening to your lectures that you used to do before which were live lectures
hopefully they returned because in-person classes are always much more better than online classes
