    These Wonton Noodles are amazingly simple, yet delicious to make in the comfort of your home. The homemade wontons in the soup are a delight and compliments the noodles. The bok choy is crunchy and sweet, and the char siu adds a depth of flavour and brings the dish to life. But the actual secret to this recipe is the simplicity of the 2 sauces used, and the technique of cooking the noodles resulting in springy yet soft and moist egg noodles. Give it a try this weekend! Enjoy!

      Thank you. Money Heist is awesome and very popular, I really enjoy that series very much. I started on Rugal but just a few episode. It's a good and interesting movie and my daughters loves the show. 😂😂

    Thanks, Somjit. I’ve always wondered how to make the sauce for the dry version.

      Hi NaNa Mei. To stop the cooking process so that noodle will not continue to cook with the residual heat and become too soggy. I hope this help 😀😀

    hi! is the onion oil optional? can i use corn oil instead

    • @HomeCookingwithSomjit
      @HomeCookingwithSomjit  3 роки тому +1

      Hi snk, thank you for the question 😄 Onion oil is strongly recommended for this dish as it gives out the fragrance and depth of flavour for the Wantan Mee. A good substitute would be garlic oil as it gives out a similar fragrance and taste. Corn oil can also be used; do note that it will not contribute to the fragrance and taste of the Wantan Mee. However, it will help with ensuring the noodles do not stick together. Hope it helps 😄
