    Guido Bungenstock's profiles are excellent. I choose them often for recording.

    It may help to show the Kemper screen to illustrate what the Kemper prompts are.

    Hey there, how can l get this profile you just did (and maybe some other things on the side…)- ? It sounds absolutely insane and amazing…!!!
    I’m curious if there are people out there to post for the KPA users any rigs with the new “liquid type of tone”…- instead of going out there and trying to find very expensive amps and profile them…- They used to be (and still are) very awesome tones/rigs out there, for free downloads, but I’m curious for the “new liquid type of profiling”, if l can find anything for a free download…
    Let me know if anybody has something like this, or any name who already put them out there, for download…

    We Kemper users after all these years have lots of profiles. Liquid can also be applied to older profiles but what if we don’t remeber the amp settings used? Is there a way to use it anyway?

    • @SkatingDog
      @SkatingDog Рік тому +1

      Hiya, yes, you can swap tonestacks and also you can retro-fit profiles. it is all properly explained in the manual and I am sure there will be more video soon!

    • @andreacolella8115
      @andreacolella8115 Рік тому

      Da quel che ho letto nel manuale lo puoi fare, però sarebbe meglio se conoscessi le regolazioni della profilazione, se non le sai, come me che ho solo preso profili da altri e non lo indicavano, è meno preciso...

    • @andreacolella8115
      @andreacolella8115 Рік тому

      @@SkatingDognot so real, because in the manual they talk about the better case, i.e. that you know the real amp tone stack tweaking, so that you match the kpa pots to these positions. Unfortunately if you bought third part profiles, these settings weren't declared (there was no need..), so you must remain neutral and the fidelity is lower...

    • @SkatingDog
      @SkatingDog Рік тому

      @@andreacolella8115 Well, just try various tonestacks. Just listen and skip the „protocol“ for a moment!

    I'm BEGGING you Kemper! Release one single bass-amp model, just a boring Ampeg SVT or something. I don't even use my EQ on my Kempers as a bass player. The frequencies are centered in all the wrong places. I have to use the Studio EQ system and it stinks that I can't just grab one of the knobs already there for EQ. Converting all my bass profiles to a Liquid with a bass amp of any kind would be all that's needed. PLEASE. ONE BASS AMP!! This of course is assuming you don't already have one. The list I saw of the first models showed zero bass amps.

      i actually have an Ampeg head. i never even turn it on but if i did it would power a 15" speaker cab. the poor thing just sits in a corner of the room. sometimes i set my cocktail drink on it. poor thing.

      Pro tip, use the vox ac tone stack, works wonderful with bass amps.

    • @johnvandenberg
      @johnvandenberg Рік тому +1

      @@TheAlfahDj Interesting. Are the bass, mid, treble frequencies in the ballpark to a "typical" bass amp? Man, one simple generic bass tonestack would be so simple though. I'll try the AC I guess, I have no way to measure it though.

    • @TheAlfahDj
      @TheAlfahDj Рік тому

      @@johnvandenberg my ears are my only measurement, but I get you, proper bass tone stack would be wonderful.

    • @johnvandenberg
      @johnvandenberg Рік тому

      @@TheAlfahDj When I first got my kemper for bass, I was turning the bass, treble, mid, presence knobs, and they just weren't doing what I thought they would. Took me weeks to figure out that the Treble knob was actually more in my midrange, and my mid knob was who knows where. So I just quit using it, set it flat and use the other EQ.

    First of all the action on the music man is way too low. I can hear it flapping! 2nd, I still have no clue what liquid profile is. 3rd, the audio coming out sounds like I have a $200 guitar coming out of a mini 15 wat amp. That wall full of high end amps is the way to go! Been struggling with my kemper since the day I got it! Lol

    • @FringeGuitar
      @FringeGuitar 8 місяців тому +4

      If you struggled since the day you got your Kemper ...well maybe it's you who's the weak link here, not the Kemper, just sayin' 🤷

    • @AngSingha
      @AngSingha 8 місяців тому

      Maybe. If after tweaking all the knows, 10 dif places for treble and 15 places for bass, etc., and it still sounds like a thin $100 Walmart amp? Just like how it sounds in this video. And the people who knew what they were doing are the ones tweaking in this video! Check out mezzabarba amp played by Erick Steckle. That’s what a real amp sounds like.

    • @FringeGuitar

      @@AngSingha if you're telling me you can't find any video of a good sounding Kemper on UA-cam....well then I'm out of words and you should maybe just realise that it's really just a very subjective opinion. There are tons of great sounding videos out there that sound insanely good. Maybe just buy the Mezza amp and discover that you won't sound anything like Eric at all in that video, because he sounds that good because he's Eric 🤷

    • @AngSingha
      @AngSingha 8 місяців тому +1

      @@FringeGuitarwe are talking about tone. Not how Eric plays. So you agreed that the tone in this video is trash.

    • @FringeGuitar
      @FringeGuitar 8 місяців тому +4

      @@AngSingha Uhm...no, the video sounds like an actual JCM 800, dialled in to a mid saturated sound. That's how a JCM sounds. If you don't like it, never buy a JCM 800 OR use it in a modeler/profiler. Guido is a pro and knows how to dial in sounds. It's totally fine if YOU don't like the sound, but to say it sounds bad, like a small amp/cheap ist just wrong and maybe you should listen to the video over a pair of good speakers. But anyway, haters will hate, keep your opinion and sell your Kemper. Peace out.
