Jay takes us through an entire day the last time he was in Venice. Starting at his hotel room at the Ritz Carlton where he does his fasted cardio then driving to Golds Gym for a chest and triceps workout, followed by a post workout meal at the Firehouse and even riding the Bird scooters around The Mecca. A full day in the life of Jay.

Jay you've been an idol of mine since I was a kid and you were the one that inspired me to pick up the weights at only 12 years old just dabbling at home with 15lb. Dumbells then getting a gym membership when I was able to pay for it myself at 16 years old. I got addicted and never stopped and now here I am 32 years old. Thank for all you do bro and all your content keep it up God bless you. Seeing a picture of you on I believe it was muscle magazine changed my life forever and made my confidence go from nothing to being very secure and confident. I was bullied as a kid and it pretty much stopped when I started putting the size and muscle on. Thank you again you saved my life.!

Jay huge motivator, from your neck of the woods, Springfield actually, you say we all have a story to tell, I’ll say this much I’ve been in the pits of hell and this may be a cliche but bodybuilding saved me, has been saving me for over 15 years and you motivate like no other, I’ll never be at any level you guys are hell I’ll always be struggling but there is always that 1 hour of relief I wouldn’t trade for anything else.... These two guys can seem like close friends to us whenever we spend alot of time watching them and choose to not get to close to the world around us and just do our own thing..... I'm a southern fella down in Louisiana so we never get to meet awesome individuals like these two who live near the coasts an such.... But have been a follower of Jay for close to 13years.... Hope to visit venice, Cal one day and get to meet great- common people in such a awesome place like the Mecca.... What well made video Jay you are sure a true champ and you really keep fire in me to get well of all medications and get back in gym and start training again Jay you are a great motivator thanks so much I truly believe getting off all lupus medications and monthly IV treatments I really can’t thank you enough I really think you’re motivation and watching you’re videos and following you and taking you’re supplements and all you’re content just made me feel so much better it’s Ben 11 years of 22 pills a day IV every month 150 cortisone shots in all my joints life was hard depression was so bad especially training whole life then wake up can’t move have give up my job training.Now at 51 off all meds and back in gym 5 days week and training again and feeling terrific Jay you are a true motivator one day I love meet you I swear you are my guardian angle keep up all you do champ you are great man thanks so much for everything god bless you champ
