The Power of a CASA Volunteer: Dominique & Hildie

In honor of outstanding CASA Volunteer Hildie Newman. 2022 CASA Red Wagon Ball Friend of Children Award Winner. For over 15 years, Hildie Newman was a presence in Dominique's life. Her mentorship and guidance helped Dominique through her teenage years in foster care and paved the way for Dominique to grow into a foster youth advocate as an adult.
