I found that frame on the second hand market for cheap. It was in rusty conditions, so I went on to restore it and make a lamp out of it. Loving it being part of my every day life now.

It is hot, but surely not too hot. If there are shower facility at the arriving end, it would work too. I used to cycle to my shop at UBI and I had shower at the shop before I am starting to work. Best time. Anyway, thanks for watching my video and leaving a comment for me.

I like to improve my cycling fitness but without compromising the enjoyment of the ride. Itsa balance. I dont want to be a very fit and fast cyclist at the expense of not seeing and appreciating whats all around me: sun, smells, sights. Wattsabout u? In a ride its good to stop, to reflect and savour.. But cycling is each to their own. Itsa large family. I see more at moderate or slow speeds than fast. But I'm older, and tho time goes faster I see more going slower. The paradox of time, ageing and... insight... well, maybe

Slow. Lol. It’s a 5 speed internal hub geared to a very low ratio.
