Cancellano voli e non rimborsano, non ho nemmeno preteso un risarcimento danni, ho solo chiesto che mi venisse rimborsato il biglietto aereo dal momento che il volo è stato cancellato a causa dell'Etna, beh non rimborsano, si tengono i soldi per un servizio non dato e non riesco più a contattare la compagnia

Bunch of thieves. Pay 100 euro more and fly with some serious airline. They delay flights with more than 5h, due to tech issues with the plane, and after the claim for compensation was sent, they pretend nothing happened. No answer for half a year. I prefer to ride a bicycle to my destination.
