All these fatwa are true if it is the republic of Islam and all laws are followed properly.But what if we do not follow laws of islam and we are just doing what other world does or says about law.How can pakistan be a islamic republic of pakistan when 40percent laws are followed and 60percent laws are not followed according to islam.
Pakistan isn't a so called desi islamic state it's a modern constitutional state if someone has problem with it than they should go to Afghanistan.

On one side you have china on the other India both non Muslims your soldiers sacrifice themselves to protect you from them. Even your so called Muslim brothers from Afghanistan. What would they do if they win over us ?? They would rape your women, take over your property make your their slaves and have complete control over your life and movements. deen e Islam is theocracy that means head of state is God. according to constitution of pakistan ALLAH is the head of pakistan(or veto power is of ALLAH), thus democracy is against the constitution of pakistan.
pakistan should learn implement the improved version of mixture of government structure of iran, electoral process like chinese meritocracy, electoral system of iran + technocracy type of things
