Well spoke too soon. Lots of great stenciling. Before you cut it up and while still positioned as you painted it, I suddenly saw a painting- a woman on the far left dressed to the nines-pearls and everything. Walking in the big city at dusk- store lights just starting to reflect in the glass windows. So much fun. Totally enjoyed and got some ideas. Thank you for your time today.

When you were positioning the view finder I was saying ‘top right, top right, there’s a moon behind the clouds.’ Then at the last minute you captured it and I cheered. So pretty and what a difference those view finders make to the whole piece. Amazing 🤩.

I have a question about black acrylic inks. I noticed that you use a lot of different brands, do you have a favorite black acrylic ink and whose dubber is the best? My Liquitex dubber is very clunky and I make a lot of “errors” with it. I do not always want to use a brush for inks because I would like the bottle dubber(sp) to work for me!
@@dee-ellencook763 Thank you! 🥰 I think my favorite inks are the FW - I definitely like the finer dauber that is in that bottle better than the Liquitex. That being said - I think they are all a bit unpredictable. I use pipettes a lot with my inks - you might like a pipette better. These are the ones I have: amzn.to/46ghFbG

Hello Denise, I'm in love with your work and your genuine passion for creativity! I haven't been following you very long so I'm trying to catch up on your supplies. I love that recent video you just did on your best loved supplies! I see you using that little kuretake bottle of gold for your stenciling!So I don't know if you're familiar with the liquitex basics gold acrylic. Have you tried it in the past for your stenciling? If so how does it compare? I buy it in a 13.53 oz bottle and it's very thick. It looks like it may compare to me. It sure would be much less expensive! I would like your thoughts please! They are little sample pots of Fusion Mineral paint that I found at the antique store when I was out shopping. They are furniture paint I think, but I love the colors, so I don't really mind and I love using them. fusionmineralpaint.com/
