Podcast comment: - as this is going to go on for a while, would be cool to get some streams of games.
Either through tabletop simulator, or maybe some of the better online ports, StarRealms, Lords of Waterdeep etc.
    ty stay safe

WARNING : Long post ahead :-)
Sitting with morning cup of tea and figured I'd add a few comments about the Podcast. As this is the most up to date place, I dropped you a message after listening to most of the podcast and had some later thoughts. Haven't had chance to listen to last 20 mins yet. So if some of this was included apologies. I may find out if You tube has a word limit on comments :-)
One of the things I think you missed and I don't think has registered with people yet is the boredom factor. We've got probably 3 months of sitting at home trying to find things to do to stop us going stir crazy. Worse for you lot as the US's reaction seemed to be...Buy more guns.... and as one sheriff put it, the last thing you want is a lot of stir crazy people with access to lots of firepower. As an aside to this, when I was in the States my ex wouldn't let me buy a truck with a gun rack filled with super squirters in case I left Asheville city limits and became a gun crime statistic :-) The gun buying is somewhat amusing as crime rates have gone down in the USA, the crims have no crowds to hide in and anyone out on the streets stands out a bit.
If I had to bet, I'd put my money on game shops with online presence being more in demand not less. Those that rely on foot traffic I think are more likely to not be around. Might be wrong, but if I was going to invest in one of them I know where I'd be choosing to put the money right now. Not sure if this is world wide, but Amazon UK are stopping stocking a lot of goods and replacing the shelf space with basic stuff....cleaning fluids etc So they might not be such a reliable outlet for supply either. And gamers being gamers we are going to want the Black Widow pack and no world wide pandemic is going to stand in the way.
I did mention monetising these videos in that message and I know you have a stance that you don't want to do that. But needs must. You bought the camera gear, probably have a bit more free time so use the assets. Find the sweet spot for video length and it might not be a 2 hr video. 4 30 minute ones might generate more revenue. All of these companies who would become your advertising stream are about to get lots of bailout cash from the Government, no matter which Goverment it is, so you might as well get some of it off them. Even if it's not a lot of revenue it might pay a few bills.
At the moment I don't make you any money, I have no problem with you putting ads in to change that. I'll even click the ad :-) Google knows far more about than I want it to already, a few ads won't make a difference. You can always revert after the worst is over.
Left field thought. Zach mentioned his wife being furloughed. Don't like using the term Zach's wife and as I don't know her name we will go with calling her Henrietta Maria as a subtle comment about Zach's hair. Unless HM is going to DL cities skylines and spend the next 3 months city building she's probably going to get bored as well. For all I know her hobbies might include Gerbil Breeding, so get a new playlist on rodent breeding. I might not watch it, but I'd let it play for the view. Or get Jonathon to show her how to do some of his stuff behind the camera, she will after be a source of free labour :-) Or you lot sit down and tell us your life story for 30 mins, again I might just put it on play and go clean the windows or something. Steven said his wife, tempted to call her Berengaria as a comment on his hair :-) , is a counsellor and I am betting she has views on sitting staring at the four walls.
If expanding the channel a bit and talking about other stuff helps bring in revenue and help TC survive go for it. Anyone who complains about doing what you need to do to survive doesn't understand where the world is at right now. They are talking about a 24% drop in GDP for the USA alone next quarter.
To me the big mental difference in all this is, last night I could go to the pub if I wanted to, I didn't but that's neither here nor there I could have. Tonight I can't even if I wanted to and that makes the difference.
Not having a voice that allows singing on balconies, never mind fact I don't have a balcony means I think things like board games are going to be more in demand, especially if you have just had the schools closed around you. You think us adults are going to go b*t*h*t crazy, just think of the kids :-) Although the internet is probably going to crash from the fortnite overload and Netflix downgrading streaming quality might not help.
Ok rambled on far too long so will leave it at, hope some of it was productive or sparked an idea.
PS Just read a tweet about someone walking out of a Barnes and Noble with a mass of boardgames under their arm. The game hoarding has started :-)

Great stuff here Andy, thanks. Found out that Asmodee is delaying new releases until May. That certainly changes the dynamic. Publishers that press forward will benefit online stores now - giving us something to sell - but maybe they risk retail backlash later. Who knows.
Regarding ads, we're cooking something up on that front. Monetizing on UA-cam is incredibly difficult. Unless we're in the millions of views, it's not really feasible as a revenue stream. That's why all the popular content on UA-cam is insufferable and lowest common denominator.

    Podcast comment:
I feel sorry for you guys in the US - UK just announced the government will be paying 80% of ALL wages for staff not being able to work so firms don't fire them.
Yes it's horrendous. Those damn wet markets in China.
Hopefully the Temperature will save you guys a bit, but the bad news is this is a totally new virus so temperature may not save us come the summer.
Much luck, going to keep commenting as I listen to your podcast.

    Podcast comment -
Here is sobering statistic for Oklahoma. The day the FIRST death there is in your area from Corona virus, there are as a CONSERVATIVE estimate 1600 cases in you area.
It takes about 20 days from infection to death, the mortality rate is around 1% (roughly, much higher when the medical facilities get overwhelmed, lower in places like South Korea with excellent medical treatment), and the doubling rate is around 5 (It's actually lower in places like London).
Check out the Khan Academy video for the proof - ua-cam.com/video/mCa0JXEwDEk/v-deo.html
    Quite scary.
