@@BrickHouseBuilds I’m not a builder so be nice to me😂but I was imagining a Honda Goldwing esque tank on it with that kind of squarish look. Also more capacity. Although that could be completely a bad idea😅 Usually I don’t give my two cents because it’s always impressive what you and other builders create. Thank you for the continued creations of your awesome work.
Looking at this sort of thing with my Bandit. You are a master fabricator. The tig welding etc. And Creative. Doesn't need to be just two "saddlebags." Thank you so much for sharing this. 〰〰〰. 💥👍💥〰. Steve from New Hampshire.
Very excellent! I only build my own bikes now. I’m currently doing a scrambler build on a Royal Enfield Interceptor 650. I’ll use this bike for traveling and camping so I mounted 2 RotoPax (1gal) and a rear rack.
I love the way you define your goals, come up with elegant designs and use practical materials and an impressive skillset to achieve those goals, all the while looking for adjustments needed along the way. Impressive videography skills as well.
Scrambler project is cool. I still like how you modified the rear wheel. Go me thinking about doing something similar. I've been working on making a bigger rear wheel for my GL650 but it's a little more challenging as the comstar hub from a cx500 doesn't fit the GL.
@@SurpriseMechanics I don't have a specific model in mind as I havent done the swap but what I do is dig deep into parts model interchangeability via partzilla and cmsnl. Things like drive splines and such
OOPS! I am totally wrong here. My Goal for my Bandit is Not "adventure" more like "travel survival" on the highway. Asphalt camping. ~ find a stoprest ~ there among all the long~line trucks and just park, cover, and drop on the ground to sleep. Tent, Sleeping bag, food and raingear. Yea. I think so. 👍
this bro is built for making perfection. ilove it
Much appreciated dude!
@@BrickHouseBuilds this was unexpected to me. really a youtuber replied my comment. love you man
@mrnobody69381 I value everyone's time that they spend watching and going further to comment so I do my best to respond to as many as I can 🤘
That Honda motor is one of their best motors of all time. That was an exceptionally good order for a build. Have fun with it!
These are definitely sweet little engines. They love to rev and sound fantastic
@@BrickHouseBuilds Honda could learn something from you on their direction to go with some motors.
Saw the white CX at the HandBuilt show and hands down my favorite bike at the show!!
Well thats a very high honor thank you so much!
The single piece bent tube was excellent and all well thought out.
Thanks Richie, that was a fun piece to make
Excellent work!
Thank you much!
Neat build dude!
Thank you much!
Damn, that bike’s turning out great!
Thank you, I'm pretty damn excited about it too!
this project has influenced my guzzi turning from cafe racer to a scrambler. love that rotopax.
An adv Guzzi would be epic!
👍 Impressive work 🤓
Thank you Bruce
Loving this build!
Thank ya
Always a pleasure to watch your.creative process.
I appreciate it Tony!
Can’t wait to see this build in paint. Very cool, quite utilitarian but not to the detriment of form. Looking good👍
Im excited too. The tank is staying like it is but basically all else is going to be black. It should look very mean

This scrambler project is turning out so sick!!! Hell yeah, Bj! 🤘🤘
Thank ya sir! These changes really give it a serious look

I bend quite a bit of tubing on my job and have to say this was one of my favorite episodes!
Awesome! I'm definitely a novice over winging it but having fun

BJ, you are getting pretty good on that bender. Your racks look very good. Enjoying this build very much. Ready on your next video on the scrambler.
Thanks Carl! Still getting it figured out but so far proving to be a great tool to have
I can imagine, you can do so much more fabrication especially on a project Like a adventure bike. I have a bender on my short list too.
Great work on the CX500, id be scrambling for a CBX 1000🤠
I see what you did there 😉
bike's looking good, can't wait for the end result
Thank you much! I'm excited too

I appreciate that 🙏 My goal has always been to show the whole process and the difficulties as they arise.
Right on !
Wow! Excellent build; I'm impressed! Keep up the good work. Regards from Canada 🇨🇦
I appreciate it Keith!
Fantastic project , looking forward to the other CX . GREAT videos bro cheers .
Thank you! I'm excited for this one to see how well it performs
Love this so much. Your work is awesome man
Many thanks!

You MIGHT...be able to fit CX500/650 turbo rear hubs or even some Interceptor wheels on the bike.
@@BrickHouseBuilds interceptor? Not familiar. What year and make are you referring to?

That big open area under the seat would be another good place for storage - perhaps even more fuel?
100% but no more fuel. Id like to see a custom soft bag go there for anything that fits
👍👍👍
🙏🙏
I've seen those tanks twice on your channel now, they are ... I might have to get some. heh.
This is the first I've used one of these tanks actually
A smaller lighter bike does make better sense than a giant 600lb bike. Never understood why folks go for that.
One gallon of gas is a long walk.
Indeed. Better to have an not need than the other way
