    Ingredients:
    2 tuna steaks, approx. 1kg
    2 onions
    3 peppers
    1 can tomato pulp
    5 garlic cloves
    olive oil
    3 teaspoons capers
    A few gherkins
    3 bay leaves
    1 tablespoon cider vinegar
    Provencal herbs
