  • About Tier-One-USA:
    TIER-ONE - Ultimate Shooting Products For Any Environment
    Tier One exists to give you: a repeatable platform so you can fine tune your setup, accuracy and precision, so you can hit that one important shot every time, when it counts, peace of mind in your gear - lifetime warranty on parts and defects.
    TIER-ONE was incorporated early in 2008 when we realized no-one was making high-precision, 5 axis machined rifle shooting equipment and we quickly developed from a single item into a full array of high quality shooting accessories from optic mounts, moderators, bipods and more. They developed and popularized the one-piece mount system we call the Monomount well before our competition. They designed some of the most iconic carbon fiber bipods including the Tactical Bipod followed shortly by the groundbreaking Evolution Bipod. They manufacture high quality, precision rings for Zeiss USA and have manufactured OEM products for Blaser, Sauer, AI, March and many more. Everything is made in-house on their own 5-axis CNC machines, from our own designs, and tested in some of the toughest conditions on earth.
    They are very proud to have supplied the British Special Forces with their products and they know that if it's good enough for them, it's good enough for anyone. Their promise is that nothing is outsourced, nothing is made in China and rebranded - it's all original, high-quality workmanship, done in-house by skilled engineers. That's why they can offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of their products.
    Their mission statement is simple: "Make the best possible shooting accessories from the best materials on the planet."
    The he music in this video is titled "Particle Jam" and was written, recorded, and performed by TiborasaurusRex, an unsigned artist.

    This is what stuff actually costs when there is no slave-labor involved... but its worth it, if you can afford it.

      Dude, not all cheep bipods use slave labor. The cost comes from the fact that this bipod is machined within 3 microns tolerance and that costs money, both in wasted material and slower process (more man hours spent carefully building it). If you have the money and want to buy a far superior product, (and a beautiful product at that!) I'm not going to dump on you for blowing your money on it. But for me, it's a bipod, not a chamber: 3 microns tolerance is way tighter than I'll ever need, I don't have anything heavier than a 308 at the moment, and with your president killing our pipeline (I'm Albertan) I just don't have that kind of money right now, so I take it personally the insinuation that “buying a cheep bipod” equals “slavery”.
      To further muddy the water, Britain is anti gun, anti free internet... The Philippines on the other hand is a free democracy at the muzzle end of the South China Sea, who do their fair share to “corrupt” thousands of Chinese tourists every year, so morally, who should we actually be supporting?

    • @TractorWrangler01
      @TractorWrangler01 3 роки тому +2

      Way over priced. When slave labor is used this would cost $30. Made in USA with a reasonable profit margin this should be about $150. They are asking $385 for it. I'd like to try it but not at that price. It's not going to make my groups any smaller. I'll spend my money on a nice barrel. You must be independently wealthy Rex. LOL

    UA-cam has marked this bipod video as "Unsuitable for most advertisers". They are reviewing it now to see if it needs to be hidden to protect those incredibly very sensitive viewers who are offended by classy high-quality products that are made in the UK. :-/ wtf

    Great review Rex. We very proud of our products and although we acknowledge that they come at a premium price, we really do only use the finest materials and manufacturing processes we can. Accuracy is engineered into every step of the design and manufacturing process. We're quite new to the US market, but we've been manufacturing rifle accessories of the highest quality for quite some time, producing the first truly monolithic optic mount over a decade ago. Our products are in active service and battle proven with some of the most elite fighting forces in the world.

    The first truly tactical high quality bipod I had ever purchased was an Atlas because of your Sniper101 video series. Since then I have purchased about 7 other Atlas bipods because I was so happy with the quality and at around $225-250 I was happy with the price. But now you have put your stamp of approval on this bipod so I just ordered one for my .338LM to see how it goes. Thank you again for all of your solid unbiased advice. I’ve been in long range cold bore shooting for about 4 years now and I’ve followed all of your advice, everything you said, I took notes on the Sniper101 series lol. Thanks to you I can now pull of shots that impress my local law enforcement sniper buddies(my brother has been BPD for 14 years) you sir are the real deal and that’s sadly very scarce these days, god bless.

    It is an interesting design because of the way the legs are positioned over the barrel keeping them above the center of gravity so the barrel wouldn't want to fall to the side as easily I would imagine that may be the case at least.

    • @TierOne
      @TierOne 3 роки тому +2

      The Evolution is designed to help lower the centre of gravity relative to the bore line. It not only helps with stability, but helps recoil to travel directly back through the chassis of the rife. Even on light weight rifles there's little to no hop / jump when the shot is taken, helping you maintain sight picture and improve accuracy.

    • @TierOne
      @TierOne 3 роки тому +1

      It's something we will probably add to our lineup in the near future. Although we appreciate is increasingly popular, we're not really fans or ARCA Swiss form an engineering point of view. It does a great job for video cameras, for which it was designed, but doesn't inherently lend itself to improved accuracy.
