Many thanks for your kind words Paul 🙏 It's always a fun trip down the South Coast, regardless of the conditions eh 😉 I trust you're getting ahead of the dreaded "jungle disease" and you're back on your feet. All the best and thanks for watching 🙏
What a lovely location, Merimbula was one of the spots I intended to shoot but as we rocked up we heard the NSW and Victoria border was about to close (dreaded COVID!) and we had to hightail it out! Oh well next time I suppose. Thanks for taking us along, a pity you didn't get the light but you certainly showed how to get the best out of the cloudy conditions... have a great week Brian 🙏🙏🙏
Many thanks Izzy - always good to hear from you 🙏 Yes, definitely keep it on your list as there are quite a few nice little locations around this area. Yes, not much light on this occasion but we made up for it later in the trip (watch this space, ha ha!). All the best and thanks for watching 👍
Many thanks Bob, it's very kind of you indeed 🙏 Yes, you can't get perfect condition every time - you just have to shoot what's in front of you eh 😉 Thanks and all the best 👍
Thanks Barry 🙏 I'm sure you'll be kept busy with the variety down there - in March you might also get opportunities for some astro shots too as the Galactic core will be up over the horizon. I hope you get great light - thanks for watching 👍
Such a beautiful part of the world down there along with Narooma and other wonderful places to photograph 😍As always a wonderful vlog with amazing photos, its just a shame there wasnt any colour in the sky but the photos you captured were amazing 👍 Again, I appreciate the time and effort you put into these videos so you can share them with all of us mate 🙏🏻👍 I've subscribed a LONG time ago and always get an alert when you upload another adventure 👍👌🏻
Many thanks Shane 🙏 Yes it really is a gorgeous part of the world - so many stunning locations all the way up and down the South Coast there. Not a lot of colour for this particular video but it's a good excuse to go back eh 😉 There might be just a hint of colour in the next one, ha ha 😀 I really appreciate the sub too mate 🙏 All the best!
Nice one Brian, Merimbula added to the list thank you. Mind you just about every headland on the east coast has a composition worth photographing would you agree? Looking forward to seeing where you end up next!
Many thanks Davo 🙏 Yes, definitely add this one to the list! Yup, I couldn't agree more - there a comp around every corner on the South Coast 😀 You could spend months down there and you wouldn't scratch the surface of what's on offer. More coming soon - thanks for watching 👍
Ha ha - thanks so much Juanita, that's very kind of you 🙏 Oops, the link is working now - it was the photographer's fault (that's me, ha ha!) Take care and thanks for watching 👍
Thanks Roger 🙏 From memory, I think I did focus stack the portrait shot of the rock as the light was seriously fading and I had to go to f/3.2. Thanks for watching 👍
G'day Brian, as always, a great video. I have followed your channel for quite some time now, so after you commented about subscription, I had a look and noticed that my notifications for your channel were disabled. I delved into the settings, and it keeps saying that notifications are disabled for videos created for UA-cam Kids!!! Every other channel I follow has notifications turned on. Any ideas? With regards to this video, I loved all the images but am not a fan of the transition you use when displaying the photos, makes me feel cross-eyed. Cheers, Merv
Many thanks Merv - it's much appreciated 🙏 Hmmm, well that's interesting as I don't tick the box which asks if the video is made for kids. I'll pay attention to it for the next upload, just in case 👍 I laughed when you commented about going cross-eyed at the transition - I'm always trying new things but it's good when I get that kind of feedback. I laughed because my other half Betty said exactly the same thing. Oh well, back to the drawing board as they say 😉 All the best 👍
Lovely part of the world with plenty of photogaphic locations , The Sapphire Coast
Cheers Eric - yup, the Sapphire Coast has so much to offer eh. Plenty of spots for good coffee too ha ha! All the best 👍👍

Many thanks David 🙏 You just can't go wrong on the Sapphire Coast eh 😉 All the best and thanks for watching 👍
Great work Brian, gorgeous images and the dialogue around them was very insightful. As always, entertaining and educational 👏🏻👏🏻

Many thanks Peter 🙏 ...and thanks for watching 👍
Nice work mate, seems impossible byt you improve all thetime.
Can you tell meat software you use to create the animated map?
I think you are in the camp of "there's no such thing as bad light"! I can't seem to get the link to your website to work. It might just be me.
Ha ha - thanks so much Juanita, that's very kind of you 🙏 Oops, the link is working now - it was the photographer's fault (that's me, ha ha!) Take care and thanks for watching 👍
Great work again mate! Did you focus stack these?
Thanks Roger 🙏 From memory, I think I did focus stack the portrait shot of the rock as the light was seriously fading and I had to go to f/3.2. Thanks for watching 👍
