TTD was one of my first games and I was just 12 years so I just connected industries in an unorganized matter. Lately, I figured out, that there is an open-source version and I started to play again. I still love the graphics as they keep things simple. Thank you LugnutsK for finally giving me the chance to learn to build the networks I always wanted to design. PLEASE KEEP IT UP
Can you possibly do a video on TTD Hotkeys and shortcuts. You always zip through construction, etc, by using speedy hotkeys. I only really know a few but it would be great to hear some tips/tricks for speed.
Started watching your vids to learn OTTD and just found this. I already enjoy watching Biffa clear up car traffic and you clearing train traffic was just as fantastic, looking forward to more, cheers!
I though you were offline till I realised i haven't longer subscribed to you lol. But I instantly changed it! Can you make a SRNW-Stream in the future or a normal Let's play? I think a SRNW is really interesting for many people because it's something more complex and we love you for those complex networks from a OpenTTD-Coop-Player! You are amazing and teached me how to build something more complex than before when I struggled how to build a juincen for a 1 Lane Rail-Network. Btw. I'm going to watch all the YETI-Stream afterwards. Every day u post a new vid is a good day :D
Love this series. Please make more soon! I have a general OpenTTD dilemma I'm trying to solve. I think I need a little help from a master engineer. Generally speaking, the problem is that I want to be able to have a main line down the center of a long narrow map, and have lots of intersections, and saturate the network pretty heavily, but I never want trains on the main line to slow down. So I need to figure out a way to build intersections so that merging traffic is synchronized, either by timetables, or more likely, using priority merges, or acceleration lanes, or something.. I want the merging trains to be at full speed before merging, and be able to slip in right between two trains, wherever there is just enough room to fit another train. Do you think we could chat about this on Discord maybe? and you could do a video on it?
This makes me want to make a video of my perfect but large terminus station where it has one entry line but multiple exit lines uses bridges which can then converge back into the line. I also works reverse with tunnels
@@LugnutsK So I've (finally) got around to making the video about it, sorry its a little long but I go into some detail haha ua-cam.com/video/Y7NBu0sErkw/v-deo.html
A fantastic work. I have a 2 question though. Why did you put signals after the crossover? Because of it trains stoppen on it waiting for green and blocked trains on the paralel track to go the other direction. Probably you just didn't pay attention in the heat of fixing the problems. The second question is Rartfield South where an other jam was. Since both tracks you crossed went to the same location (was a dual track way if i have seen correctly), except the outer track has the Rartfield South station. Why the station couldn't be expanded to the other track as well?
I've come here from a different video of yours to ask how you have those different looking stations for industries? Is it a mod for the game or something in settings to select? I only have those standard ones and I'm not sure how to change them
YAY THANKS LUG
I’m sorry for the amount of trains, it’s just I wanted to use every network southeast train that I had as newgrfs
I hope mine is next :)
@@GATrains321 Are you using some sort of UK set, please can you give me the name of the plugins that you use for the uk things

how you got that big building there?
Another newgrf
Are you still planning to do more of this series? I got a real fucked up system

what newgrfs are used
10:34 smoooth...
Hi you could have output have bridge over the input lines
Wow
Verry big city
Like
Are these default textures or are they changed?
So I think my 2 tracks, one station junction can be solved after all without crashing all the trains and burn down the city....interesting.
No more? :(
O, optimization! Are you an engineer, professionally? Or a student?
first
Oh no
Fix reddit please (=
