The Ladies Club NADINE ROOS

The Ladies Club hosts Lebo Motsoeli and Vaylen Kirtley welcome Sevens scrumhalf, NADINE ROOS. She’s a dynamic multi-sport athlete, who has dabbled in a bit of netball, athletics, cross country, and cricket, but eventually chose to focus on rugby as her family loved the sport. Nadine grew up on a farm with her Grandmother in Limpopo, playing rugby with the boys. She made her Springbok Women’s Sevens debut back in 2016, during the season-opening Dubai leg of the World Rugby Women’s Sevens Series. She enjoyed an amazing year in 2018 playing at the Commonwealth games in Australia followed by the World cup in the U.S.A. She has an amazing story to share about her amazing journey, which has taken her to the top of International Rugby.
