No, No , No . Nigeria is blessed with huge reserves of gas and oil for free. All the Country need to do is upgrade on the infrastructure of gas and oil producing sectors to increase the oil and gas productions as the Saudis and the Emirates did with good auditing and accountability and use those funds to increase electricity supply , manufacturing, agriculture and security and thereby improve the standard of living of the Nigerian people.
We where told they paid some billions upfront for coastal Highway 🛣️. Retrieve the money and use it for internal roads. When ever there is doom umahi appear to tender nonsense. Now road is the reason to borrow. Borrow borrow make me fine

The DR. is only finding faults and excuses, refering to U.S, CHINA as example of what we can do, in all what he said no where he sees what government is doing at all, only insincere personal that would deny what minister umahi is doing in ministry of work. Can someone tell DR that nigeria should develop her own model of development rather than this western orientation of development. A road like lagos ibadan would have been tolled if it is U.S, example of road tolled in US is tumpike which your distance on the road determine how much you pay. Can Nigeria allow for that.
