Voice actors scream in pain, chuckle menacingly, gasp in horror, etc, depending on the scene. I'm not trying to argue with you because I'm entirely unaware of what the original scene sounded like, but I'd be shocked if it was *entirely* silent like it is in this video.
Shame we never got the other seasons in romanian. I watched romanian dub so many times, I only watch s1 in nothing in romanian. There is a channel that posts romanian sub too, its posts are slow and has hiccups in translation, but I appreciate their effort and contribution to romanian inazuma fanbase.

This was The Dub that makes The changes of The names, and was in Spain where The videogame came First after they original Japan release. The Spanish Dub, Even with The changes of The names, Is pretty good, they do a really good job, Even in tiny details like The Byron’s voice (They conserved The fact that Byron sounds like a Girl in the original Japanese, The other dubs like The English or the Latam Spanish changed he voice to a very awful one) Even in The First Season, in the Spanish Spain Dub they redubbed some chapters to correct a few errors in The Dub, like Mark calling The God’s Hand (in the Dub, Mano Celestial) for accident "Mano Divina". The only two Big problem of this Dub Is The video Quality and The opening. They took The time to edit The chapters to translate The Japanese text that we see in The series (like The hitssatsu tecniques one) but in exchange, The video Quality left in a like 360p. The other problem is that the only opening of The series Is The First one, this because they only dubbed The First opening song. (Tachigariyo).

To be fair, this is a then completely new IP being dubbed for the west coming from a company who historically does not prioritise western localisation as much as they could, at least for their games, so you can't fault whoever coordinated localisation for season 1 for having what sounds like a low budget voice cast/direction. It's still pretty painful tho! I just hope the dub got better after season 1...

Neither the games or anime has good dubs, but the games have some actual stand outs, Aphrodi in the games was perfect for one, unlike here lol, I also really liked Shindou and Kirino's English voices in the 3DS games, felt like they made them appear more like best friends in the dub too, having nicknames for each other while they stiffly refer to each other by last name which doesn't really give best friend energy in Japanese.
