Hey! Sometimes a broken mic can be a good thing haha! You're new mic sounds great!!!! Also, did you try setting an afk spot like 50 blocks up? The reason why this may not be working may be because there are too many entities spawning in caves below. If you have an afk spot up above the farm and wait there for a bit your spawns should be a whole lot better :D
