Thankyfor the informations , i have palantal fascitis, which caused sinus tarsal syndrome, and peroneal tendonitis, i have it since 8months and i rested it alot but still no pain relief no improvement, tried exercise, PT ...
But nothing helped i literally have a bit lost hope in life as a whole 😢
