Great advice!
Slowing down in this fast-paced world (and its situations) at times seems impossible - surely, it doesn't help when we ourselves want to do it all.
We gotta remember that we can still decide when to take our breaks, slow down, contemplate, and refine ourselves for the betterment of all.
I love this channel and this great man; a teacher walks amongst us.
