I was there this night, by Jeff at the front of house mix desk. Fucking amazing gig. Glad we shared this time, in a Tiny 2000 person venue in Birmingham, 2019 😂
I remember first seeing them at the Hummingbird in Birmingham in 1989, exactly 30 years before this. Boy did that gig hurt my ears and wasn't helped by going to an Alice Cooper gig and a Motorhead gig that same week. Manowar was so metal it was hard to believe anyone could match them. I recall them getting young ladies on the stage at the 89 Birmingham show who took off their tops and Joey doused their breasts in beer. it was a bonkers show.
It's probably a good Friend from Cuba who loves MANOWAR ( like me), and now he's living in that city, was there i want yo greet him ... nickname is VICTORY
They did about ten years ago and blew off the last half of their tour dates to "record an album". My best guess is that ticket sales were pretty low. I was at one of those dates. $100 ticket in a tiny venue, very few people showed up, no opening act, short set but they did put on a damn good show. I'd see them again but I completely understand why the casual fan wouldn't pay that much to see them.
Eric Adams is 67!!!! How can he sound like this??? The man’s an alien!!!

First gig I ever went to, I'm worried everything else is going to be downhill. Manowar is one of the best bands of all time.
haaha
Totally agree! I was there too!
Was there on the 20th Amazing gig. Eric was on top form
WHY KARL?! You could of been up there with the greats!!
Just now I'm hearing this song in my mind. I turn on YT. and this video appears in front of me.
Gods are calling me!
THE GREATEST METAL BAND OF ALL TIME!!!!
I was there too, what a great show, my boyfriend was holding the Brazil´s flag
Remember seeing the flag. Apparently Joey saying that he never said they were retiring so hopefully get to see them again

Fantastic memories. Thanks for sharing.
Shame it was £100 a ticket. I’ve seen Manowar twice anyway. The gig they did in Birmingham 2011 (first in 17 years) was fantastic.
Worth every penny, and still cheaper than Metallica
Being there. It was amazing!
