Iove the airox mate was my first moped I’m in the uk and Something like your first build got about 70 miles an hour out of it was quite a fast little bike till it blew up twice but still loved it rebuilt it then sold it and then it blew up again that’s why we love these things out

hey jack the malossi is for the race track, therefore it has a lot of torque as for the 2fast, if you want a drag cylinder, then choose roost havoc 100cc, and one another thing is the vaio belt, that is coming their or kig, is two short, I use the malossi M618779 fits perfectly, if you want a larger carburetor, could you buy a polini p.r.e 100cc intake, it fits 34mm carb and it fits perfectly with the vl18 malossi reed. and I do not hate your videos :( sometimes my adhd / aspergers kicks in
That aerox looks like alot of fun. Im shocked at how quick these little two stroke engines can go. I'd love an aerox but very expensive where I live great video as always here for the cars but my god I love your scooters bet there more fun then the cars

Been in the process of tunning my Derbi GP1 / RC1 for the past few months and seeing very similar numbers. I Would too also like to try out the Lectron or even smartcarb to try to get even more out of it. Right now im running the keihin 35 airstriker. Starts getting into some dangerous speeds for a scooter. Thing rips, no joke.

The bike will naturally Rev quicker and give you a higher top speed when it’s on its own weight Just thought I’d point it out! But once again! Fantastic build
No I now have a two-stroke banshee and it is incredible it’s tuned up I’ve got a fully rebuilt engine and it’s fully built so all fully forged and stuff and is running some mad power I also have a raptor with an R1 engine in it with over 200 BHP and it’s over 200 mile an hour quad which is insane and also have the little bikes to I have some little two-stroke mopeds like yourself which are fully tuned up and fully built drag bikes

I have many interest but something i would like to see is you and carla race some go karts on a little fun track. Sammits video had me going when he was at that little track it was awesome. I like going out to go karts too

I'd like to see some 0-30, 50, 60... whatever to compare to the 2FAST once you get it dialed in. O'Verse on the forum tried to do some runs with his 94cc, but none of his times were great because he couldn't keep the front down to be able to stay in it.

hey man have u tyred popping wheelies on this engine, i have the same stock setup carb on the same setup as you and when i go to pop a wheelie it bogs like after around 2-3 sec and goes back down on 2wheels. what do u think may be the problem, thanks man

What ratio did you start with and what are you going to move with? Also, did you change the jetting before the initial pull, or did the jets that came with the carb start off rich enough to be safe? Looking forward to what's next with this project!

I have an aerox myself with mid race setup. Really fun scooter. But i was wondering about the radiator it's not that big to keep cooling this setup. Will it overheat?

Yo jack I actually found out about from samit n his friend that just broke his leg can’t think of his name now (brain fart) but I recently started messin wit 2strokes on my bike n loving it just crashed Saturday night so laid up right now but goin try to get on the bike tomorrow maybe
Could you not space the engine mounting a bit to give it a longer wheelbase to helt with the wheelies? I mean that should give it a lot when it comes to acceleration 👏👀

Even the tiniest stretch would help and probably not hurt handling to much 🤔 Is there some way to implement anti-wheelie stuff like on big bikes or would that mean you need a complete ECU and injection switch? Ign cut based on the front shock extention might be to harsh of a limit 👀 What about moving some weight around? Guessing it's pretty rear focused with the driver sitting normally on it 🤔

I didn’t build this one for drag racing. It’s a circuit/speed build but if i get any data I’ll share it.

Factory jetting is 150 main. I switched to 165 main for break in.

Start with 2 turns out. Your oil ratio can affect jetting as well.
