My heart breaks for Janelle. She was a great mother to her children. She put her children first. Garrison was a bigger man than his father. You will be missed Garrison.
His other mother, Christine, must be extremely heartbroken as well.
He was not just a bigger man than Kidney, he's a better man.
So devastating that his brother Gabe found him deceased . They were very close. This young man bought a house in Arizona and his dad ( sperm donor) had never stopped by to congratulate him and tell him that he’s proud of him
He disowned Leon that’s him and Merri’s child because she’s transgender

I think all of those adults who decided to do this show should sit back and think about how them playing their lives out on TV for the last 14 years affected this child. THAT had a lot to do with this suicide. His last texts show that to be very obvious.

Please don't place blame on anyone here. All families have issues. Each person has free will. I've been depressed to this depth and my family had nothing to do with my depression. You get trapped in some type of repeating thought process that doesn't stop. It's like if you had cancer and the pain just doesn't stop. You want it to.

@@sc00b3rtunfortunately that is not the case here. Kody Brown is a toxic and abusive man who practiced polygamy in “the name of god” and forces his family to believe the same. There is no free will in polygamy unless you escape it, and that’s hard to do. He verbally abused, gaslit, and brainwashed his wives (hence why they’ve all left him except one). I can only imagine what he’s done to his kids (many of his older children want nothing to do with him). I know your family has nothing to do with your trauma but in this case it is most likely family related, though we can’t be sure because the cause of death was no specified, but he was young and healthy so we can imagine how it could have happened. If you’ve seen even a few episodes of sister wives it would be obvious. That family is messed up and traumatized because of Kody and his toxic, patriarchal, bullsh*t. I’m also sorry you suffer depression. I do as well. I hope your family at least cared for you during your struggle like mine did for me.
I am completely heartbroken for Janelle. She is such a loving mother. I cannot even begin to imagine her pain!

We (the public) basically know very little about their day to day lives. Yes, the family has broken up & is divided. There's 3 kids that don't talk to meri the others all do. Meri adored the kids and to suggest she doesn't is stupid

This makes me even angrier at how differently Kody treated the children of wives 1-3 vs the 4th. Not only did he abandon wives 1-3 for wife no. 4, but the children of these wives were also basically forfeited and look at what happened!
Robyn was so far more important than his children with wives 1-3.
It hurt so much to see Gabe break down in tears for the love he longed for from his father, and now Gabe has had to find his brothers body due to the pain of everything he went through. Gabe now has to live with this forever, Kody. When you bring children into the world, your default job is to father them for as long as you are on earth, these children reached out their hands to you and you swatted their hands away. They gave you their hearts, you rejected them, when they needed you, you shunned and ignored them, they called you, and you simply didn't seem to care. This is what us viewers saw on television. We didn't see you love them, care for them, nothing. Let alone wives 1-3.

My heart goes out to Janelle Brown Garrison was a beautiful soul. I knew him personally he was friends of a friend of a friend of mine. I also grew up hanging out with them in Las Vegas, Nevada.

My heart goes out to his mother Jenelle and his other two mothers Meri and Christine who were there from the time he was born until the last as well as all of his siblings and spouses, as well as everyone around the world who loved him and saw him as a bright shining light that could make the darkest room bright from his presence, smile and laughter. That is what I will remember seeing from him most. Watching the show he seemed so level headed and wise bey 3ond his years. Just goes to show that you never know what someone is really going through. I’m guessing and this is my opinion only that he had many years of hurt built up from the way he was treated by his father. Always longing to be accepted but never being good enough, when in all actuality he was more than enough. The flaw did not lay within himself but with the person he was trying to gain acceptance from. It’s a strange world. If we could have made him understand this sooner. Rest easy Garrison. Your job here is done. Now go rest my friend. You have too much work there to prepare for all of your family when they are ready to join you.

But a few weeks later he’s driving miles away to officiate a wedding and dancing like a fool. Robin should stay away from the funeral. Most of the kids didn’t like her because he turned his back on them. Devastating for Gabe to find his brother deceased. His son’s cried over that on national tv . Kody showed no compassion. They moved to Arizona for Robin’s son Dane. The worst dad ever . Prayers 🙏🏻 for Janelle, Christine and his siblings.

I have 3 adult children, my middle child and only son is 26. My heart is aching for Janelle. I immediately called my children after I heard this heartbreaking news. We talk openly and honestly about mental health, we always have. Please, reach out to friends and family to check on them. Even the happy-go-lucky ones. Ask them how they are and how their mental health is. Goodness, I’m truly devastated over this young man’s passing. He had his entire life ahead of him. The death of Garrison is just too sad for words. I send my heartfelt condolences to the family. I can only imaging how heartwrenching it is for them now. Also, before we try to connect reasons - you have to remember Garrison is a Veteran - and suicides for veterans is very high and something needs to be done to help them. I don't know if he suffered from PTSD from the service but there's probably a good possiblity. Granted there has been family problems and there are problems in all families. I'm sure his depression and reasons for ending his life is just so much deeper than that. I pray for him and lift him up to the Lord in prayer and that he is resting in peace in God's loving arms.
