The girls got more exposure from the faze, twitch and gaming community which he is blowing up in right now, and he would get more attention in the kpop and female viewership. His community has been around and has been way more mainstream than newjeans and kpop as a whole. Their interactions were a great opportunity for the girls especially in their situation but of course their brain rotted fans found a way to ruin things again for them.
