Wow, this train wreck of an animated movie is certainly padded. It could be watchable with a runtime of 30 minutes. I came here to see Inferno as Phoenix King. This is bizarre.
i'd love to see somwone attempt a condensed cut of the film. im just as curious to see a subtitled version of the original film, just to get an idea if Im missing out on something here lol.
I'm definitely late to the party on this- but this was dubbed by actors from Omni Productions, a group of expats living in Hong Kong. They dubbed thousands of movies on the cheap, often just using the stilted translations they were given as scripts.

However, for the clips used from Defenders of Space in the Space Thunder Kids English dub, it was dubbed by Omni due to them dubbing over the whole movie entirely.
